I bake macarons and this flour is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I was so happy with the Bobs red mill brand. I have had to quit selling them temporarily until I either find a new brand or new recipe that works. I wish sams had never switched.

Sams Club used to carry Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour. Lately it carries Blue Diamond Almond Flour. I think the almond flour is same quality, but Bob's Red Mill's zipper bag was very good to use and Blue Diamond's is just JUNK.

This is a staple for all my keto cooking and baking. Highly recommend this product.

Not real happy about them sending a bag with a cut in the bag. It's open and I can't use it. How do I get a refund.You don't make that easy.
