My wife and I make Macarons as a side hustle and this is our go to brand for making the shells. Almond flour isn't hard to make as it is just ground almonds. The only thing I would improve is the “finely ground part” we still double sift this flour for our baking needs.

Great alternative for regular flour! As someone that now has a gluten free diet this is an excellent choice for baking and can be used for several recipes. The texture is very similar to flour so it's simple to use. I love the packaging as well because it's a re-sealable bag.

Blue Diamond Almond Flour is my go-to almond flour product. The consistency is much finer than other brands. We work to keep our carb intake in check and Blue Diamond helps to replace wheat flour in our diet. It works wonderfully in our low carb peanut butter chocolate bars….these satisfy my sweet tooth!

Great product. But the bag you actually get is only 36oz not 48oz as it says online.

Want to make sure I get the flour. Chinese seller, I'm guessing, using old listings, changing pictures, vs. a new product page. There's also nowhere to ask a question like on Target or Amazon, so sorry I have to review to ask.
