Almond flower is a lot healthier than regular flower. I really like this one because it's good quality and it's gluten free. I use it in my baking. I have backed cakes with it, brownies, and make cookies. All turned out delicious. Yum.

The best brand of almond flour I can find! It’s finely sifted for less lumps and a smooth mixing batter! The taste is also way better than other brands I’ve tried.

I bought this product with the idea of working my way into going gluten-free, as I do a lot of baking. The brownies I made with it had a very grainy texture, almost like cornbread. It says "finely sifted," but it's not nearly the same texture as regular flour.
