Almond flour is also a wonderful alternative for people that need a gluten-free diet. Look online for free recipes, as there are differences between baking with wheat flour and baking with almond flour. Don't be afraid to experiment.

I love this Almond Flour!! My husband has Type 2 Diabetes and it is always a struggle to find snacks and desserts for him. I've replaced wheat flour with almond flour in some of my receipies to reduce my carb intake. I've tried three different brands of almond flour over the years and this one is the best. The texture is very good. Not as finely milled as wheat flour, but I like the coarser texture for foods like pancakes and muffins. Very good in recipes calling for almond flour. So far, I've used it to make gluten free brownies, biscotti, and an orange almond loaf. All came out moist, light, and had great texture. No one would have known they were eating GF if I didn't tell them.

Almond flour better than real flour and isn’t heavy feeling

I love nuts and I am always looking for food that's low in carbs. I bought this and made some waffles with it. The flour is grainy in texture. Not what I expected. The waffles were not good. I won't buy more. It seems I'm allergic to almonds in such a concentrated form as I had bad pains after eating the product.
