Taste good with my bake

Great taste for muffins!

Over the past few years, I have purchased and used this Almond flour. It has been consistently great. The only problems I ever had were when I messed up the recipe. I experiment a lot, so I do not always get it right. But when the recipe is right, this flour works very well. It is fine ground. Recently I used it in pumpkin bread, apple bread, pancakes, peanut butter cookies, and much more. Good stuff.

I love nuts and I am always looking for food that's low in carbs. I bought this and made some waffles with it. The flour is grainy in texture. Not what I expected. The waffles were not good. I won't buy more. It seems I'm allergic to almonds in such a concentrated form as I had bad pains after eating the product.

I use this to bake cakes, pie crusts, etc rather than regular flour. My husband is diabetic and is able to eat the sweets I make now.

I bought the flour last month because I’ve gone on the Keto diet. So glad I got it thru Sams. So much more for the money than at the local grocery
