I'm low carb/gluten free. Almond flour is something I use as a replacement for all purpose, and other, flour.

I use this all the time to make deserts, breads, muffins and breading for my chicken parm. No one can tell the difference. it makes everything taste as good as the original

This almond flour is very finely ground and seems of great quality. Other brands of almond flour I’ve bought sometimes has course bits of almond throughout. This one doesn’t, I love it!

This is the finest grain almond flour I can find. It really makes a difference in the finished baked product. I cannot eat gluten but every once in a while I use this flour to make pizza dough or cookies. I don't want a grainy pizza and this flour is perfect because it is so finely milled.

Daughter-in-law law has Celiac and i am eating low carb. This is a necessity for making gluten-free, low carb breads. I made some delicious cinnamon rolls with this flour. I use it for breading chicken tenders with crushed pork rind crumbs. Thank you, Sam's Club.

I regularly use almond flour in place of wheat flour, as I cannot eat grains of any kind. Normally I buy an excellent spouted almond flour from a family owned company, but that's been unavailable lately. This was my alternative. Though this Blue Diamond almond flour is not sprouted (sprouting helps break down starches/sugars, and that aids digestion), it's excellent. The texture is very fine, and it's as light as you're going to get with almond flour, both of which qualities are exactly what you want. It's easy to work with and makes a very good regular flour substitute (though keep in mind if you've never used almond flour that NOTHING is going to have quite the same texture or taste as wheat flour in pastries, bread, etc.) The price was also better than expected. I recommend it.

after years of grinding my own wheat, rye, etc grains with my stone grinder..baking and using almond flour is a first..so far it is working well...glad i found at sams...at 81, i am trying recipes that i have used for years..so far i find the change working well..

I have been using this Blue Diamond Almond Flour for years in my KETO friendly recipes. I always watch videos where folks say you really need to sift your almond flour and I always think ... yep, I probably should! But, so far I never have! It works just fine for me right out of the bag!
