I use this all the time to make keto cookies and breads…..love it!

I read that too much is not good for you because of a chemical that is found in almonds. I just decided not to try substituting it for flour.

I have tried different almond flours. Some are too course ~ this is a nice, fine-ground flour AND at more than half the price!
