I'm low carb/gluten free. Almond flour is something I use as a replacement for all purpose, and other, flour.

I use this to bake cakes, pie crusts, etc rather than regular flour. My husband is diabetic and is able to eat the sweets I make now.

I love Blue Diamond Almond flour, it’s finely ground and I use it for low carb breading, cakes and breads with it. No sifting need and tastes wonderful. 5 stars!

This almond flour is very finely ground and seems of great quality. Other brands of almond flour I’ve bought sometimes has course bits of almond throughout. This one doesn’t, I love it!
