I've replaced wheat flour with almond flour in some of my receipies to reduce my carb intake. I've tried three different brands of almond flour over the years and this one is the best. The texture is very good. Not as finely milled as wheat flour, but I like the coarser texture for foods like pancakes and muffins. Almond flour is also a wonderful alternative for people that need a gluten-free diet. Look online for free recipes, as there are differences between baking with wheat flour and baking with almond flour. Don't be afraid to experiment.
