My household is gluten-free, and this is a staple product. I use this flour as my main flour, as well as a flour blend for baking and even added to make meatballs!

I bought this product with the idea of working my way into going gluten-free, as I do a lot of baking. The brownies I made with it had a very grainy texture, almost like cornbread. It says "finely sifted," but it's not nearly the same texture as regular flour.

Been baking with almond flour for 12 years. This is my favorite.. just as good as Bobs Red Mill. Thanks Sam’s.

Sams Club used to carry Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour. Lately it carries Blue Diamond Almond Flour. I think the almond flour is same quality, but Bob's Red Mill's zipper bag was very good to use and Blue Diamond's is just JUNK.

I bake macarons and this flour is TERRIBLE!!!!!! I was so happy with the Bobs red mill brand. I have had to quit selling them temporarily until I either find a new brand or new recipe that works. I wish sams had never switched.
