My family didn't know that I switched the flour to the Almond Flour. It gave the same results as normal flour and now my family is pleased with something more healthier being used when we are frying chicken. Great product

The baked goods I have made so far are cookies and brownies They turned out so moist and full of flavor. I choose to put the remaining almond flour in a container since the bag does not have a zip closure and want to keep it fresh since I don't know when I am going to be baking again.

It was very easy to work with the dough and tasted delicious! I appreciate that it is Gluten Free, Vegan and Keto Friendly. I highly recommend this Almond Flour!
