Almond flour has always been our go to and now that blue diamond makes it we dont mess around, we go straight for the good stuff. It works great and is hard to even tell the difference from normal flour. i would highly recommend.

I have used various almond flours but love the lightness my macarons get from this almond flour. I also do a lot of keto baking and this is the best almond flour.

Great alternative for regular flour! As someone that now has a gluten free diet this is an excellent choice for baking and can be used for several recipes. The texture is very similar to flour so it’s simple to use. I love the packaging as well because it’s a re-sealable bag.

Worked perfectly for Sunday fried chicken day. We couldn't be happier with how it tasted, even the teens loved it. We will use this more often than not now when making breads and frying stuff.

Flour is sifted really finely, so be aware if you are measuring by volume, instead of weight. As for taste, there's a slight difference but I wouldn't say its a bad thing..just different. Overall, if you're looking for an alternative to normal flour, I'd give this a shot on simple recipes to get a feel of the taste and texture.

I have been making my banana bread recipe for over 20 years and everyone raves about it. I really wanted to try a healthy option so, I used blu diamond almond flour. Unfortunately, it totally bombed. What did I do wrong? It boiled over and made a huge mess in my oven. Help!!
