Obviously if you are allergic you don't want to use this product but we found it tastes great and it's just as easy to use as "normal" flour.

The Almond flour doesn’t have a funny taste and is easy to use in place of wheat flour. It mixes well and tastes great to my family in treats. My children didn’t even notice the switch in flour. The texture is fine, which makes it easier to sub in for regular all-purpose flour. I used it in a cookie recipe, and it came out wonderfully!
