I used it to make "english muffins" and mug cakes and I even tried it as the breading on chicken parmesan. It has a good, fine texture and doesn't carry with it any overarching nutty taste (like you find with coconut flour, for example)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wife really liked this Almond Flour, said it was a good milled consistancy, flavor was there as she made some macaroons that were really great, got good height with the flour, you can't really go wrong with the name brand Blue Diamond when it comes to Almonds, so it just makes sense for them to start producing their own almond flour too. Depending on price wife said she would purchase in the future for next time she was in need of this product.

Obviously if you are allergic you don't want to use this product but we found it tastes great and it's just as easy to use as "normal" flour.

I used it to bread chicken cutlets and they were delicious. This is definitely a win! Even my husband, the pickiest eater, loved them.

The Almond flour doesn’t have a funny taste and is easy to use in place of wheat flour. It mixes well and tastes great to my family in treats. My children didn’t even notice the switch in flour.
