I do use a bit less of the recipes required measurements as it tends to be a bit dryer of you use the receipts measurements. Each receipt is a bit different on the amount ts used and a bit of trial and error is needed. But the healthier option is a great alternative. There isn't a huge taste difference which is a plus when baking for the family... who are very picky.
