I am not a health nut but I try to substitute where I can especially when making baked goods for my kids. Almond flour is a great and health my alternative. The packaging is good and keeps the product fresh and easy to work with.

Really like this brand of almond flour. Almond flour works great for our family of gluten-intolerant, low-carb diets. On subscription it's ever so slightly cheaper on Amazon plus ships to my house for free with Prime, BUT this is a good deal comparative to other stores so when I'm out I head to Sams for it. If it were a buck cheaper I'd just buy with my regular Sams pickup all the time.

Replacing all-purpose flour with almond flour can be a bit trickier for some recipes because it bakes faster and doesn’t rise as well with yeast. Still, with a bit more egg included in your recipe, it works fantastic for pastries and breakfast goodies like pancakes, scones, and macaroons and also can even be used to bind savory meals like meatballs/meatloaf.
