[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Blue Diamond brand and always have a bag of Blue Diamond almonds on my desks for snacks. So when I saw this brand in an almond flour, I had to try it. I love how finely this flour is sifted and you use it just like you would with other four brands. I made some amazing chocolate chip cookies with Thai flour and when I went to take a picture of them, they were all gone! With that, my family agrees that you can’t tell the difference and it tastes amazing. It does give a slight nutty flavor but I feel that just adds a nice touch. Another benefit is that this flour is gluten free and a bonus is that they even put a recipe on the packaging! I gave the quality a 4 instead of 5 only because if you don’t like a slight nut flavor it may not be as big of a hit for someone else.

With a good recipe, you really can’t tell the difference using almond flour and this almond flour works really well for a nice texture and does not dry out what you’re baking. Also the cost is very reasonable compared to other brands.

It acts and tastes about the same as regular flour, keeps for a long time (in the fridge if opened), and is used in the same proportions as regular flour. It is at a reasonable price, although more expensive than flour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 children who are gluten free and in recent years we have discovered almond flour as a great baking substitute for regular flour. Blue diamond is like the expert in almonds so makes sense that they would make an almond flour. It's a really good one as the almonds are ground really well so it's not piecy and has the right texture. It's still not going to feel or taste exactly like real flour baked goods will but it's close. Also, it's definitely healthier than all the other fake gluten free flours out there. Try it and see

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Blue Diamond Almond Flour a few weeks ago. I use it to make zucchini muffins and zucchini cookies. I like that almond flour is gluten free. Even though I don't have an allergy there's too much gluten in what we eat so I want to have variety. Almond flour is free of additives unlike regular flour. My cookies tasted delicious. I plan on using this flour to make more cookies and muffins in the future.

I used this to mix in my waffles and they cooked perfectly. Blue Diamond knows almonds so this is a really exciting product for me.

I have used various almond flours but love the lightness my macarons get from this almond flour. I also do a lot of keto baking and this is the best almond flour.
