Great alternative for regular flour! As someone that now has a gluten free diet this is an excellent choice for baking and can be used for several recipes. The texture is very similar to flour so it’s simple to use. I love the packaging as well because it’s a re-sealable bag.

So when I saw this brand in an almond flour, I had to try it. I love how finely this flour is sifted and you use it just like you would with other four brands. I made some amazing chocolate chip cookies with Thai flour and when I went to take a picture of them, they were all gone! With that, my family agrees that you can’t tell the difference and it tastes amazing. It does give a slight nutty flavor but I feel that just adds a nice touch. Another benefit is that this flour is gluten free and a bonus is that they even put a recipe on the packaging! I gave the quality a 4 instead of 5 only because if you don’t like a slight nut flavor it may not be as big of a hit for someone else.

With a good recipe, you really can’t tell the difference using almond flour and this almond flour works really well for a nice texture and does not dry out what you’re baking. Also the cost is very reasonable compared to other brands.
