I have been using this twice a week to make protein pancakes. The texture is great for pancakes and they a have less carbs and more protein than regular flour.

I've been using almond flour for years, and my go-to was always Bob's Red Mill. My store carried the super fine almond flour for a little while, which was slightly less grainy than the original version. During my last trip to Sam's Club, they no longer carried the Bob's Red Mill, and had replaced it with this brand. I decided to try it out and am so glad that I did. I've made a low carb pound cake and brownies with the flour, and they are amazing! Because the flour is so fine, there is no graininess. Absolutely love this stuff! Even my non-low carb family members eat up my low carb desserts. Definitely the best brand I've tried.

The texture and taste was perfect. I’ve used it in both sweet and savory dishes and they’ve all been big hits with the family.

I wasn't sure for my first time using this Almond Flour. I w9uld say the texture was a little different but cookies was tasty. I would recommend to friends and family.

I’m a Blue Diamond almondvore (I believe it’s part of the secret to longevity, but we’ll see:)), and I’m really enjoying this almond flour. In addition to using it for easy baked goods, I also heat it with some or all of milk/coconut milk/cream/butter/maple extract, and allulose as a sweetener. It also makes a good pudding.
