I enjoy eating it raw but it tastes great with warm milk, milk & cereal, & is a great addition to what flour. I was quite impressed by the nutritional value and the fine texture. Really like this brand of almond flour. Almond flour works great for our family of gluten-intolerant, low-carb diets. On subscription it's ever so slightly cheaper on Amazon plus ships to my house for free with Prime, BUT this is a good deal comparative to other stores so when I'm out I head to Sams for it. If it were a buck cheaper I'd just buy with my regular Sams pickup all the time.
