Really like this brand of almond flour. Almond flour works great for our family of gluten-intolerant, low-carb diets. On subscription it's ever so slightly cheaper on Amazon plus ships to my house for free with Prime, BUT this is a good deal comparative to other stores so when I'm out I head to Sams for it. If it were a buck cheaper I'd just buy with my regular Sams pickup all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently experimented with almond flour to cater to a family member’s newly developed food intolerance, and actually find almond flour as a preferred ingredient over all-purpose in a couple of scenarios. Replacing all-purpose flour with almond flour can be a bit trickier for some recipes because it bakes faster and doesn’t rise as well with yeast. Still, with a bit more egg included in your recipe, it works fantastic for pastries and breakfast goodies like pancakes, scones, and macaroons and also can even be used to bind savory meals like meatballs/meatloaf. Blue Diamond is the only brand I've tried so far, but I enjoy their other products so I figured this flour would be good too, and so far so good!
