I love my sweets but would always regret eating them the next day because I'd be swollen up and by body would hurt. This flour allows me to still have my brownies and feel good the next day! Not the exact same texture as when using normal flour but close enough for me.

Very fine texture, wonderful taste, versatile, and last long in room temp in pantry closet for a month or two. Never had to freeze since I go through a lot. Flour is sifted really finely, so be aware if you are measuring by volume, instead of weight. As for taste, there's a slight difference but I wouldn't say its a bad thing..just different. Overall, if you're looking for an alternative to normal flour, I'd give this a shot on simple recipes to get a feel of the taste and texture.

My daughter loves panckae made oout of this Blue Diamond Almond Flour. Also we make cookies for her with same fluor. Overall loved it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most finely sifted almond flour I've tried for keto baked goods -- far less grainy than other brands. Not exactly like regular wheat flour, but close enough. A maple cake I baked using a regular recipe came out almost indistinguishable from the usual product using regular flour. Blue Diamond will be my "go to" brand for almond flour from now on.
