The consistency of this almond flour is very fine, similar to regular flour. I have made a keto cookie with this flour and they turned out very good. While almond flour will never be mistaken for regular flour, this product is very good and I will definitely buy it again in the future.

Gluten free which is very important for myself and my family. over the years we have bought many brands of almond flour. This is by far the nicest.
