[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the most finely sifted almond flour I've tried for keto baked goods -- far less grainy than other brands. Not exactly like regular wheat flour, but close enough. A maple cake I baked using a regular recipe came out almost indistinguishable from the usual product using regular flour. Blue Diamond will be my "go to" brand for almond flour from now on.

Flour is sifted really finely, so be aware if you are measuring by volume, instead of weight. As for taste, there's a slight difference but I wouldn't say its a bad thing..just different. Overall, if you're looking for an alternative to normal flour, I'd give this a shot on simple recipes to get a feel of the taste and texture.

Have used it for baking and for cooking a brazilian dish and am super happy on how it turned out both times. Dry but still fresh. Very happy with it.

I am not a health nut but I try to substitute where I can especially when making baked goods for my kids. Almond flour is a great and health my alternative.
