Gluten free which is very important for myself and my family. over the years we have bought many brands of almond flour. This is by far the nicest. It is very finely ground and has a subtle almond flavor that many brands lack. Having seen the high quality of it, I'm now planning to use it to make more keto friendly receipes.

Blue Diamond almond flour is a good alternative to wheat flour. But when I use it for cooking, the outcome is usually not as great as if it would have been if I had been using wheat flour. I think that the price of almond flour is high, but since it does take more effort to process almonds into flour, I think it is reasonable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have several gluten free family members and this has been a great substitute and replacement for traditional flour. It does tend to make baked goods a bit more dense so keep that in mind and/or consider options to lighten/air up items.

The Blue Diamond brand almond flour has been the best-tasting of the ones I've tried, and now we actually agree that it is better than normal flour. It brings a slight sweet taste to cookies and pie crusts for fruit pies. We love it.

I love my sweets but would always regret eating them the next day because I'd be swollen up and by body would hurt. This flour allows me to still have my brownies and feel good the next day! Not the exact same texture as when using normal flour but close enough for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my lord, theirs so much you can make with almond flour, its amazing.. desserts, main meals such as pasta salad, certain salads need the almond flour, you can make dressing with it, thicken pancakes, its really cool how many different foods i can make with this gem.

Flour is sifted really finely, so be aware if you are measuring by volume, instead of weight. As for taste, there's a slight difference but I wouldn't say its a bad thing..just different. Overall, if you're looking for an alternative to normal flour, I'd give this a shot on simple recipes to get a feel of the taste and texture.
