We love all of their products and figured that if we were going to try it, this is the one we should go with. We were definitely not disappointed. We used it in breading for our air fryer pork chops. We added some Creole seasoning, which did not change flavors with the almond flour and were pleased with how well the almond flour crisped in the air fryer. We will try it with baking next and know we will get positive results here too!
