Blue Diamond has always been my go to for whole almonds, and now I’m happily using their almond flour. Although I began using it solely for almond paste, a quick search for almond flour recipes let me know that it’s gluten free and can be used in pancakes, muffins and cookies. If you are looking to remove gluten from your diet, this almond flour offers you a great option. It was light and flavorful.
