My wife and I make Macarons as a side hustle and this is our go to brand for making the shells. Almond flour isn't hard to make as it is just ground almonds. The only thing I would improve is the “finely ground part” we still double sift this flour for our baking needs.

I use this to make many things but the picture is a keto cannoli. The almond flour is good and fine and one of the best. I love that I can find it in Sam's Club and it's decently priced. Flavor is good as well. I'm pleased with this almond flour and will continue using.
