I use this to make many things but the picture is a keto cannoli. The almond flour is good and fine and one of the best. I love that I can find it in Sam’s Club and it’s decently priced. Flavor is good as well. I’m pleased with this almond flour and will continue using.

I like using the Blue Diamond almond flour in place of my regular flour as it helps make the items crispier. I do not notice any flavor difference using the Blue Diamond almond flour over regular flour.

The consistency of this almond flour is very fine, similar to regular flour. I have made a keto cookie with this flour and they turned out very good. While almond flour will never be mistaken for regular flour, this product is very good and I will definitely buy it again in the future.
