Like product

I ordered this product by shipping for the first time. I felt different tastes from other products when I baked it. I tried to find out the expiration. The expiration date was seems to be partially deleted so I was not able to track the expiration. I am so disappointed about SAM'S CLUB. I threw it away.

Baking with almond flour can be expensive, compared to regular baking. However, at $4/lb, this is a great deal. It seems that it has a slightly stronger almond taste than other brands, but once it is baked it is not overpowering anymore. I use this to make low carb bagels, pizza, brownies, cookies, crackers, cobbler and they all taste delicious. You wouldn't know they are grain-free. I go through a lot so I have never kept a bag more than 2 months, but it seems to stay fresh long enough.

Not good. Hard to make dough.

Excellent almond flour for almond crackers. I used half almond flour and half oat flour for crisp crackers.
