Not happy it did not come with the griddle and did not say it would not. You assume it is the same product with a grill and griddle as advertised on TV. Disappointed to say the least.

I bought this a month or so ago. It did arrive on time and packaged very well. Used it twice ,cooks the meat good, but did fill the kitchen with smoke. So I had to make sure I had the kitchen window open. So no this is not smokeless.

How awesome this is! My mother in law has one and we loooved what it did! Indoor even! Just like a professional grill, only indoor! We love it! Bought one for each of my 2 boys for Christmas and then bought a 3rd for us! Love this thing!

Cooked a steak to perfection -- mmm good -- like cooking outside with out any smoke ... now I can cook out (in) when its raining or cold - Just like cooking with gas ...

Husband thinks this is best grill ever. Said he won't have outside ever again. Just two of us perfect to cook our steaks right on kitchen counter. No smoke and steaks tase great. Bought 2 one for our condo.

Cooked burgers and hotdogs on it for first meal. Easy clean up, house didn't smell fried..hotdogs burned just a little how we like it lol! I'm impressed. Will try steak and pork chops next

we love this Grill. It sure beats messing with a outside grill especially in the heat in Florida. We have cooked Steak, and Pork Chops, and they hwave come out to our flavor and doneness'

Great size indoor grill for your indoor grilling. Good size to grill your dinner for four. This is portable enough to move outdoors for a smaller grilling adventure, than a full sized outdoor grill.

This is a well built unit and does not smoke up your house. Problem is it takes forever to cook anything, even at the highest (supposedly 450 deg) temp setting. 3 Rib-eye steaks took 1:45. Tried some Pork Chops a couple days later and the same thing. Returned the item.

I bought this because of the smoke control. I love being able to grill inside without having the smoke. There are only 2 of us and the grill seemed like a lot of trouble for only 2 people. If I were still cooking for my family, it might make it worthwhile. I returned it because I didn't think I would use it enough.
