I haven't had it long enough to really rate it in detail, but so far it's great. I'm trying to eat healthier this year and this grill makes it so much easier to cook things without oil, etc. I thought it might be difficult to clean, etc., but it comes apart easily and reassembles easily, and nothing sticks to the grill or griddle. Just have to remember to put water in the water pan and turn on the fan when you use it.

Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought one for myself to use when it is too cold or raining outside. It works great, tasting just like my outside grill. There is no smoke and it is easy to clean. When my nephew got married I bought them one as well. He is in the military and when they go to their next station, it will be easy for them to bring it with them. By the way, as soon as they got it they went out and bought some steaks which they loved cooking on it.

Had my eye on this from TV and this was on sale so I bought it. Too bad it does not come with the grill plate option like on TV. it works pretty good! NO SMOKE! Really works. Wish it got a little hotter for steaks but she's a good job. Good grill marks. Shrimp turned out good too. East to clean. Good buy. Salmon turned out good too! Nothing sticks!

We purchased this product because we love grilled food but not fighting the weather. It is the best. Food always cooked to completion and is tender and flavorful. It's big so we can cook a whole meal for our family of 4 in one swoop. It's non stick so clean up is fast

I bought this because of the smoke control. I love being able to grill inside without having the smoke. There are only 2 of us and the grill seemed like a lot of trouble for only 2 people. If I were still cooking for my family, it might make it worthwhile. I returned it because I didn't think I would use it enough.

Definitely smokeless, sometimes a little unsure if it gets hot enough. It has shut off for no apparent reason and while it's a decent sear it's not like a real grill. But it's a nice alternative when it's cold outside I don't feel like turning on the barbecue. Easy to clean. Dishwasher safe a real plus.

I'm still on the fence about this . I am still working out the kinks. 2nd batch of burgers were not dried out like the first. I now use a meat thermometer. I over cooked the boneless chicken breast. I like the ease of clean up EXCEPT the tray of water filled with grease dripping. I'm not sure how to dispose of that 2 cups of nasty mes.

Functionally, as far as concerns grilling, we like it although we have only used it three times, which is not a real "test drive".! The most important thing, which negatively involves the user, is the fact that the handle of the cover is NOT insulated. Considering the fact that temperatures are as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, severe burns can be received, unless the user keeps an insulated, fire resistant oven mitt or pot holder, on the lid or beside the unit. Lack of thought by the manufacturer.! They should remake the handles and send them to grill purchasers, at no cost. Cleans up nicely, using a net covered sponge on all parts but the underside of the grill plate. There I used a bottle brush..

This does work like a grill but it has a lot of maintenance involved EVERY time you use it! At least 5 layers to clean and the unit itself every time you use it. That said, it is dishwasher safe except for the unit and heating element, however who wants to run the dishwasher for just a hamburger, a steak, etc?

This is a well built unit and does not smoke up your house. Problem is it takes forever to cook anything, even at the highest (supposedly 450 deg) temp setting. 3 Rib-eye steaks took 1:45. Tried some Pork Chops a couple days later and the same thing. Returned the item.
