Loved this grill until the fan stopped working (and yes, it is plugged in properly because the fan light comes on but no motor) And that NONSTICK ceramic stick pan....IT STICKS! It worked BEAUTIFULLY forl about 51/2 (just past warranty) then nothing. The fan circulates the air... now my food has no flavor

Great product for what it does. Good size for family of two. Temps are achieved quickly and maintained accurately. The smokeless fan turns on by it's self when needed. Still learning to use the machine but thus far the dishes we've made have been very good.

Paid extra for the larger (XL) grill. The larger size help with the increased in grilling space. However, the fan though quiet did not completely capture the smoke (still not exactly smokeless). The heating element takes a long time to reach the temperature desired. The drip pan could be built as a drawer that can be pulled out without having to take the whole thing apart in order to discard or to fill with water.

I have managed restaurants and have 27 years of cooking experience; seeing many, too many, cooking products and so many fail to measure up. I have used my grill making breakfasts, hot sandwiches, lunches and dinners - so very easy to use, food never sticks and clean-up is a breeze. I consider this the very best investments I have ever made - tell others I recommend your product

I bought this grill because it claims to be smokeless. My experience is that it is far from smokeless. The fan was on and running, however the grill produced a tremendous amount of smoke that filled my kitchen and living room...and no, the meat wasn't burning, the grill is just super smoky. Needless to say I returned it for a refund. There are positives for this grill however. It has a large grilling surface that is non-stick, removable, and easy to clean. It has a lid that seals in the flavor quite nicely. In fact, it was the juiciest steak I've ever cooked. I just couldn't use it as an indoor grill because of the amount of smoke that it produced.

I received my Tristan Power Smokeless Grill about 2 months ago and love it. I have fixed steaks, pork chops and burgers along with several different vegetables and have been pleased with every meal. The grill is so easy and convenient to use and cleaning is a breeze. The grill is about all I ever use anymore.

This grill worked fabulous in the kitchen and my son from Houston helped me do the cooking and we all had a great meal indoors with the rain outdoors! Real cool Cookking inside and we all just loved the grill. Always a good backup to grill indoors with all the folks coming over next Sunday - Grill ing outside and Grilling inside to keep the food cooking!!

This grill is worthless. I have tried cooking chicken, pork, and beef. Grill does not cook evenly. I can only cook the meat in the center of the grill as that is where the heat is. Would not even cook sliced mushrooms on the sides of the grill while cooking two hamburger patties in the center. Patties were well done in the center but raw on the sides. Makes no sense. The temp only adjusts at increments of 50....so what is the point of showing the temp dial by increments of 25...very deceiving. I would not recommend this grill. Great concept but needs massive improvement.

I am extremely happy with my grill. I have cooked almost every meal on it since I received it. The only thing that didn't come out so good was pork chops. Other than that, it is great. I love how easy it is to clean. I especially love making breakfast with it. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

I love it and use it almost daily! I love grilled meat and I can't grill outside. Smokeless, but the smell of cooking food is still there. I actually GRILL my bacon! Burgers, T-bone steaks on the grill and pancakes and eggs on the griddle! Smokeless!!!! Love this grill!
