It worked fine the first couple times I used it, then the fan stopped working, it started working again after I removed the part that connects the power and slammed it into place. Then tonight while I was cooking chicken, the lid shattered. Dont waste your money. I spent $100 on this less than a year ago and only used it about 10 times

Grilled (2) 2 inch thick Ribeye, very JUICY, could not believe how good it taste and no smoke. When cooking bone in chicken, turn heat down 275* cook till done then turn up to 450* to sear it. I did not do this on the Ribeyes as I like medium rare. Did a pack of weiners and so good and juicy. Will be doing burgers tonight, can't wait. Tired of firing up the grill,decided I would give it a try, very glad I did. I may take it back only because if you order on TV for 20 dollars more you get the griddle,2 copper frying pans and 2 cook books.
