This does not come with the griddle like other grills do. That would had been a deal breaker, as description did not specify. For the same costs, you can purchase else and get griddle included. Too much hassel to try to return.

Bought this for my daughter. My husband and I got this as a Christmas gift last December we use it all the time cooks the best steaks we use the flat grill and they are delicious

I bought this grill because I liked the idea of being able to grill during cold weather. So far I've grilled salmon and a steak. Both grilled nicely and heated through evenly. The biggest drawback is the space it needs.

Called manufacturer and they indicated that unless the grill is purchased from the manufacturer, it will not include the griddle for eggs and pancakes. If I wanted it it will cost me 29.99. I am highly sad and feel that I was taken advantage.

Never could get it to hold a temperature. 45 minutes and burgers not done. Customer service when attempted to contact was non-existent. Returned this piece of junk.

The red meats make it a little messy and greasy. DO NOT FORGET TO PUT WATER!!!!!!! The chicken came out the most perfect!!! the burgers could have been cooked on the stove (less mess on a pan)

I love this little grill, which actually has a large grilling surface for it's size. We use this 2-4 nights a week. Easy clean up, smokeless, cooks evenly and quickly. Wish I had the grill plate too.

I bought this this month and have used it several times. It's easy to use and doesn't take long to cook foods. And there is no smoke as long as you use the fan. Easy clean up too!

This grill did not come with a griddle as the one advertised on TV. Also the temperature dial can't be set for regular temps like 375 degrees. It jumps from 350 to 390 degrees

I got it today in Sams store, I was super excited because I've been wanting one. They are now upgraded with the hinged lid and discount. I plugged it in and followed the directions. I tested it with raw green beans, onion and a precooked bacon. Nothing ever seared. It felt super hot but there was no sizzle or grill marks. It managed to warm up the stuff but it took forever and I could have gotten a much better cook on a pan. Now I'm super disappointed.
