Purchased at my local club today. Took it home. Down the basement stairs and unboxed. WOW! The door fell in my lap. I thought "what the heck?". I tried for over an hour to affix the door to the freezer. Impossible!! The manufacturer sure does not have the right specs for this freezer to be assembled for use. The sleeve mentioned in teh manual simply is not of correct size to affix the door to the body of the freezer. Unhappy I was. Boxed back up. Back up the basement stairs. Back outside and up into truck. Back to my local club the same day. The freezer is very lightweight and appears to be made very cheap. Definitely not my kind of appliance. My local club was very understanding in granting me a full refund on the spot. I am still happy with Sam's and glad to be a Plus Member. Manufacturer is at fault. I cannot recommend this freezer for purchase.

This is a a gorgeous freezer. It’s aesthetically pleasing and it takes up very little space. It holds exponentially more food than one would think. I love the fact that I can open the door and see all of my food, which is antithetical to a chest freezer. This makes creating a shopping list much easier.

I purchased this freezer about 1.5 yrs ago and last week it stopped working. I lost steaks, roast and frozen fruits! Money down the drain. I must be honest and say I did not purchase a warranty; I will never purchase this brand again. $300 was ok for a small freezer but I'm so disappointed! Can we get quality at a good price??

The freezer gasket (seal) has never worked properly since its too small resulting in the freezer not working properly. We've had to constantly defrost the freezer. The seal has completely fallen of at this point and we have been unable to find a replacement. Hardware stores do not carry this seal. Very disappointing purchase which almost feels disposable. We have had other Upright freezers last YEARS and we hoped this would the same quality. All 3 freezers bought by family members have the same issue.

I bought this in 2023, it was never tilted never abused in any way. i got a call from my wife the other day saying it was defrosting. When I got home and had a chance to investigate I found that the compressor is seized up. I have seen freezers last 50 years and this barely made 2.

The top back corner was cracked, I’m disappointed it came in this way after it costed so much.
