I will Never buy another product from Thompson or Curtis Int'l Ltd.! Product was not as described, manual was misleading (for wrong product), customer "service" was some of the worst i have ever had, i was refused help i asked for, had to get info i needed from Sam's Club not Thompson. NO MORE THOMPSON/CIL PRODUCTS!!!

I bought this freezer 6 months ago & it has stopped working already. This is junk, I’ve had a deep freezer 20 years & it still works. Definitely, NOT IMPRESSED. And I’ve had so much “mess” trying to get it returned and or refunded. I do not want another one at all! When I come home & water is all over my hardwood floor definitely not impressed. Things definitely not made like they use too. Signed, Still trying to resolve this issue!

Bought this type freezer October 2021. Did not purchase service plan like typically do. Started notice ice accumulation require defrost and just past year stopped freezing. Service call just told us compressor not working. Our mistake not getting service plan/warranty but come on goes bad within a year. Advice buy appliance from appliance store and name brand.

Terrible Freezer- very loud and cooled for maybe a month- took it back and gave it the benefit of the doubt, maybe we just grabbed the “Lemon” ?...........We brought home another one , it was just as loud and did not stay cold...... I take that back, it stayed “cold” but nothing was frozen for 2-3 weeks eventually nothing was even cold- total waste of time and effort!

I purchased this deep freezer December 9 of 2020 for $252. I realize today, October 10, 2022 that it is no longer working. There was always ice buildup not only on the top, but on every shelf of the freezer. Other than that it worked fine until it didn’t.

I purchased this freezer about 1.5 yrs ago and last week it stopped working. I lost steaks, roast and frozen fruits! Money down the drain. I must be honest and say I did not purchase a warranty; I will never purchase this brand again. $300 was ok for a small freezer but I'm so disappointed! Can we get quality at a good price??

My food is RUINED. I have never had this happen to me in my life. It is horrible! Now I have to return this garbage back to the store. It's heavy and our condo is on the 2nd floor. I am so angry right now. Clearly there are no quality control standards set in place. They know it's bad and that is what upsets me the most. I was excited and didn't read the reviews. I saw 4 stars and thought it has to be decent. It should not show a 4 star rating. Packed all food inside only to find that everything has melted. All my ice cream bars are garbage now. Had to pay $50 for help to bring this home!!! Now pay $50 to bring it back!!!

This freezer is a handy size for smaller spaces, but soon after we started using it, a crack developed in the plastic interior at the bottom. I had to caulk that to seal it. Now after just a little over two years, it has stopped working. No warning, just quit. Replaced the relays but that didn't fix anything.

I was soo excited to get this small freezer. But when it arrived, Front door dented, (the fed ex guy had it on its side, then upside down for delivery!). I set it up. the legs very wobbly, and the front door keeps falling off. I keep adjusting the leg screws, and the one for the door, but it keeps Falling backwards, or to the side, or then when straight, the door falls off when you try to open it. I am thinking I have to return it. Other than these problems, its a great compact size for an extra freezer, the insides seem better made than the outside! the freezer coils are in the non-adjustable shelves. I waited a week to plug in since they tell you not to plug in first 24 hrs after arrival to allow to "settle". (but I went away) so only set it up and left it unplugged. when I came home, it was leaving backwards again, I tried mounting it up on blocks, but this is not working either. any suggestions? I am thinking I should exchange fr the chest model so the door wont be an issue.
