Freezer nightmare

I purchased this freezer about 1.5 yrs ago and last week it stopped working. I lost steaks, roast and frozen fruits! Money down the drain. I must be honest and say I did not purchase a warranty; I will never purchase this brand again. $300 was ok for a small freezer but I'm so disappointed! Can we get quality at a good price??

Bought this and after about 6 months it stopped working. So unplugged it for a couple days then it worked. Had to do this twice. Now it's almost 2 years and it isn't working again even after unplugging it for a couple days. So it didnt last 2 years. Should have spent a little more money and gotten a better one. Very disappointed.

This is a a gorgeous freezer. It’s aesthetically pleasing and it takes up very little space. It holds exponentially more food than one would think. I love the fact that I can open the door and see all of my food, which is antithetical to a chest freezer. This makes creating a shopping list much easier.

We bought this little freezer yesterday. The box was a little damaged on the top but fine everywhere else. Apon opening the box, realized the entire bottom was dented in, had no freon at all. Even the little pipes where the freon runs though are all busted up. This clearly happened at the factory before it was even boxed up and shipped. Terrible quality control. This is going right beck to Sam's club!

Terrible Freezer- very loud and cooled for maybe a month- took it back and gave it the benefit of the doubt, maybe we just grabbed the “Lemon” ?...........We brought home another one , it was just as loud and did not stay cold...... I take that back, it stayed “cold” but nothing was frozen for 2-3 weeks eventually nothing was even cold- total waste of time and effort!

This is NOT a Frost free freezer. I didn’t even know they made this kind anymore. You have to get way into the online notes to see where it says “manual defrost for convenience”. What’s convenient about trying to defrost a freezer this big? When my husband and daughter have to pick it up and put it in the shower because if you try to just open the door to let it defrost the water goes everywhere it’s just a nightmare

Just want everyone to know that this product is not a good quality product. I bought it more than year ago. Compressor failed and I am told that it is not under warranty. Normally compressor are 10yr warranty. Pay few extra if you can and buy something with reasonable warranty.

I bought this freezer a while back for the convenience of an upright. I have a chest for oversize items, hams, turkeys etc. I liked this freezer so much I bought one for my mother for Christmas. Last week when I started to put my shopping away I discovered mine has stopped working completely. Not only did I lose an entire freezer of food I am now concerned about the quality of gift I gave my mother. Until this issue I would have given it 5 stars. Now it sits, unplugged, not working beside my 20+ year old chest freezer that is still running strong.

I bought this in Feb, set it up and two weeks later had to defrost it, again in another 2-3 weeks and again and again!!! The picture is 3 weeks into not being defrosted and doesn’t even freeze my food, the ice cream is soft and half melted. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT ALL!!!!!!
