Absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased. The customer service through this company Thomson is horrible. The product is garbage . You should not even have it available in your stores or on-line. What a huge disappointment.

I bought this 2 weeks ago. Even on the lowest setting I’ve already had to defrost twice. Ice chips cover my food with an inch of ice and you can’t see what you’re looking for.

Freezer runs great, not small but not a huge freezer. Holds more than it looks. We bought it to put in our shed as we bought a 1/4 of a cow. It holds it all and more.

Its a little smaller than my old chest freezer, but it is so much easier to organize and find my frozen foods. I expect there will be a lot less waste by being able to find what's in the freezer.

its not very good real cheap the top was plastic and when i opened it, it was broke. the door wouldn't stay on if you opened it the door would fall off because the top plastic was broke .

Had it for a month, so far so good. Important to note that the refrigerant runs through the coil shelving so the shelving is fixed, not adjustable. Good little upright freezer at a great price.

It had a dent on the door when I got it , but I didn't care as long as it works I don't mind, but it didn't work , it did just for 1 or 2 days now it's not working anymore

So far, so good. Didn't expect the freezer coils to run thru the shelves, that's a little different, and means the shelves aren't movable or removable. Other than that, can't beat it for the price.

Fridge is a good size for small garage and good quality so far - used less than a month. Delivery was on time but too many small ding and dang - 6 of them all over the surface.

The compact size is great and there is plenty of space. The box said the shelves are adjustable but there is no information in the manual and I can’t figure out how to move them.
