Rec'd and is working great however, it is very light and exterior feels warm which concerns me that the condenser is working too hard. I'm concerned that this won't handle being an "garage" freezer.

We never got to use it. When we got home we plugged it in and it never got cold, After 4 days, we took it back for a refund. Did not purchase another one.

It’s a little on the short side but it’s perfect. it stores so much stuff and it’s so quiet and easy to open. I’m so glad I purchased this and got rid of my old deep freezer it has saved me a bunch of space too

We replaced a chest freezer to space floor space, we already had Thomson refrigerator that we were happy with, the freezer seems well built and works fine.

This freezer is the ideal freezer. No bending to look for something, you see what's in the freezer. Just amazing. If you're in the market for a freezer, this is it. Look no further!

I actually replaced mine twice and when i needed to for the 3rd time i just requested my money back this small freezer is good only for 1 month before it freezes up

I love the freezer. It is large enough to make a difference with my 2 refrigerators to handle my freezer needs. The freezer makes it easy to see what I am looking for with the 5 wire shelves. LOVE LOVE!!!

We have purchased 3 of these freezers and have returned all 3. The 1st only lasted 1 year and died. The second and third were beiken when they arrived.

Not really what I expected. I needed a freezer with removable shelves. Everything is connected and one piece. Oh well. I'll read thoroughly next time.

I am very disappointed at the frost that builds up in the freezer, so much so that you can't even tell what is under the frost. Next time I will research the product better. If I had saved the box i would have returned this for a refund.
