The first freezer I purchased did not work. Returned it for a refund. It also didn't look like the picture on the site. Reordered a week later and this one worked and looked like the picture. Very pleased with it so far. No issues. Love the organization and the small footprint.

I bought this a month ago and have already had to replace it. It arrived with terrible dents all over it and had a piece of the metal on the side bent terribly. I received a second one with the front plastic piece on the bottom broken and this one only had one dent. I was very disappointed in the appearance but so far the product does what it is supposed to. But just has dents.

We received the freezer with many dents and dings. The one foot was bent completely sideways and even hammering it only helped a bit. It’s not bad for the price and I think if the shippers were more careful then it would have come in better shape. It does create a TON of fuzzy ice inside the door and on the edges inside and it has to be scraped daily or it gets too built up. Won’t let me add photos. Will try again later.

I needed a small freezer to supplement my refrigerator freezer as I run out of room often. I wanted a chest type at first but saw this one and took the chance I would like it. I like the shelves vs stacking things on top of each other. I put it in my kitchen at the end of a counter and it fit perfectly, it has a small footprint vs the chest type of the same size. Note this refrigerator is not recommended for use in an unheated garage, you can read about the specifications in the owners manual for placement suggestions. I put a piece of plywood under the legs so the carpet did not interfere with the stability of the unit. Overall I am very happy with it, it is very quiet.

PERFECT for our small area. We had a chest freezer that took up too much room in my craft room. Purchased this and it is working out great. All the food that was in the chest freezer fit perfect in the upright. Arrived with a small dent on the door, but we can live with that..too much of a hassle to return/replace.

I bought this freezer recently and am happy with the design and function. It has ample space inside with a clean design. The shelves are non adjustable and non removable because the cooling tubes are internal to the shelves - a good feature for distributed cooling of all the shelf space. The freezer space is evacuated each time the door is closed to help with preventing frost build up. While it is not self defrosting so far I have not seen any rapid frost buildup. I picked up the freezer at one of the stores, when I unpackaged it I found it in perfect shape, no dents or scratches and worked perfect out of the box. While I can't yet validate the longevity of the freezer, I would recommend this freezer based on usability of space internal and external. After a few days of use I checked the inside temperature and found it at zero degrees fahrenheit with the set point at a little colder than mid point on the scale.

Was so happy to find an upright freezer at such a great price, especially during a pandemic where freezers are backordered like crazy! With our chest freezer full of a breastmilk stash, this is perfect for storing our snacks, desserts, and dinner foods because they’re much easier to see and grab when needed. The Freon runs through all the shelves to ensure your foods stay frozen. The door also is weight to shut on its own, so no accidentally leaving it propped open. So happy with this purchase!

It Is still early. Only had the freezer running for a couple weeks. Is very lightweight. We will use it for raw dog food. Many Small containers stacked on shelves. The Shelves Close together is good for that purpose. a light inside would be a great addition. It’s hard to work inside the freezer without a flashlight. So far impression, this is a great small, inexpensive freezer. Time will tell how it holds up.

When I unpacked unit it was dented in 3 separate places. I went to my main Sams club and told them that it was damaged and they said to bring in????? Its hard for a 66 year old to just bring in. The damage doesn't seem to effect the freezing (as far as I could tell) and I had purchased many items that needed to be frozen. Also I was not home when it was delivered. For an elder person-I just bit the bullet.

The price and size was perfect for our needs. I ordered on line and the unit was brought out to our car. Set it up and plugged it in…perfect…but within a few days, the top, inside began to frost up and quickly got worse. Thawed, cleaned, dried and plugged it back…same thing. It was in our garage so we thought it was too hot…moved it inside to our utility room…same thing. We have determined that the seal on one side is not tight (did the dollar bill test…slides right out). Hopefully, we’ll get a quick reply from the manuf/sam’s.
