Arrived via Fedex with door seal not working. I didn't notice that until next day.Top of freezer plastic was damaged in shipment but not necessary for dreezer to work properly. All my meats and vegetables had defrosted. Emailed Sam's Club about this. They replied that they would get back to me but still haven't. I was able to finally correct the door problem without any asistance from Sam's Club or any instructions that were not included.

When I saw this small freezer in Sams, I got excited. I could tell it was the perfect size to fit in my breakfast nook. Now I can keep frozen items "in the house" instead of just "down in the garage". I bought it a few weeks ago and it is working great and saving me many steps!

I was looking for a freestanding freezer that has shelves so I can easier see the items in it I hate my freezer chest because I always need stuff thats on the bottom of it... This freezer is great. Just the right size ( I have it in my garage next to my other freezer chest and another fridge). Im glad I bought it!!. Have it for over a month now, works as it should. Highly recommend!!

It Is still early. Only had the freezer running for a couple weeks. Is very lightweight. We will use it for raw dog food. Many Small containers stacked on shelves. The Shelves Close together is good for that purpose. a light inside would be a great addition. It’s hard to work inside the freezer without a flashlight. So far impression, this is a great small, inexpensive freezer. Time will tell how it holds up.

Had it for about a couple of weeks, I knew it was small my dissatisfaction is that ice forms at the top quick. I tried it on all 3 settings still the same thing. When I picked it up the bottom was bent. Actually thinking about returning it not worth the price.

We had an opportunity to pick this up in store, so thought we'd avoid the dents that other reviewers mentioned. However, when we got it home and unpacked, there were dents UNDER the packaging, so they must just be manhandled in the factory where they are produced. We plugged it in and I noticed that the setting options of 1, 2, 3 give no indication of the actual internal temperature. We decided to set it to 2, but not load it until we got a thermometer. After reading some stories of people losing freezer contents in power outages, we went with a model with an alarm (thermoworks) that notifies you if the internal temperature leaves the "safe zone". It arrived just a couple of days later, and I was happy to see that a setting of 2 on the unit put the temp at -4, which is perfect. We did have a big storm last week and were without power for 4 hrs. The IT raised to 16, but was still below the 32 needed to remain frozen. So far, a nice little unit for the price.

Unfortunately the door fell off day one because of the way it is mounted. I had to put a block of wood under the door to keep it up and on. To make sure it is level there are only adjustments on the front of the freezer so again I had to put something on the back because the front was too high even though I put it at the lowest level possible it was still tilted. In addition to all that the shelves cannot be moved so a 15 pound turkey will not fit anywhere in the freezer, it is very cheaply made for a $300 item. Would not recommend it!

Great design! The cooling coils are in the shelves, which makes the unit really efficient! We loaded the freezer up with cold, but not frozen items, and when I checked the next morning, everything was frozen! I was really impressed!! If we need another freezer in the future, we will definitely buy another one of these!

It's a great freezer. I gave it 4 stars because it is supposed to be a reversible door, but the part that you have to switch was not working when I tried to reverse it. I had to wait about 3 weeks for the part to come in after I contacted customer service. I switched the door without any issues after that.

I recently bought the upright freezer and fridge that matches in size. I'm so pleased with the size of it and how easy I can get my frozen veggies without searching deep, because it's on the shelf I selected for veggies. It's so slim that my daughter bought one too!
