Great design! The cooling coils are in the shelves, which makes the unit really efficient! We loaded the freezer up with cold, but not frozen items, and when I checked the next morning, everything was frozen! I was really impressed!! If we need another freezer in the future, we will definitely buy another one of these!

Had it for about a couple of weeks, I knew it was small my dissatisfaction is that ice forms at the top quick. I tried it on all 3 settings still the same thing. When I picked it up the bottom was bent. Actually thinking about returning it not worth the price.

I bought this a few weeks ago after watching it for months. I brought it home, plugged it up and it didn't work. I was disappointed to say the least. But the next day I was able to exhange it and the replacement works perfect. It is small enough to fit in my apartment but still roomy on the inside where it counts. Now I can finally take advantage of unbeatable sales on frozen foods without worrying about the storage space.

I bought this a month ago and have already had to replace it. It arrived with terrible dents all over it and had a piece of the metal on the side bent terribly. I received a second one with the front plastic piece on the bottom broken and this one only had one dent. I was very disappointed in the appearance but so far the product does what it is supposed to. But just has dents.

I needed a small freezer to supplement my refrigerator freezer as I run out of room often. I wanted a chest type at first but saw this one and took the chance I would like it. I like the shelves vs stacking things on top of each other. I put it in my kitchen at the end of a counter and it fit perfectly, it has a small footprint vs the chest type of the same size. Note this refrigerator is not recommended for use in an unheated garage, you can read about the specifications in the owners manual for placement suggestions. I put a piece of plywood under the legs so the carpet did not interfere with the stability of the unit. Overall I am very happy with it, it is very quiet.

It Is still early. Only had the freezer running for a couple weeks. Is very lightweight. We will use it for raw dog food. Many Small containers stacked on shelves. The Shelves Close together is good for that purpose. a light inside would be a great addition. It’s hard to work inside the freezer without a flashlight. So far impression, this is a great small, inexpensive freezer. Time will tell how it holds up.

I saw a few negative reviews but took a chance due to low price point. Perfect condition out of the box. Was cold enough to transfer contents of my small chest freezer in about 3 hours. I would recommend this product at this early ownership stage. Never buy a chest freezer.

Great extra freezer for in the kitchen, and possibly the garage as well. This fits perfect in an unused nook we had in our kitchen, and gives us extra freezer space for when I go meat crazy on sales. Once I had it set up I let it sit for a day before plugging it in to a dedicated circuit. After plugging it up, I waited three hours and when I checked it with an infrared thermometer, it was at -6 degrees F through out the freezer. It DOES get warm on the sides, but that's normal. The compressor on this little gem is so quiet (How quiet is it anyways?) that to make sure it is running, I have to put my hand on it. I haven't tried it in a garage but it says you can use it there. I'm happy with it where it is. Well worth the $299 plus tax that we spent for it. And it has self leveling feet and you can change which way it opens with just a Philips screwdriver.

When I unpacked unit it was dented in 3 separate places. I went to my main Sams club and told them that it was damaged and they said to bring in????? Its hard for a 66 year old to just bring in. The damage doesn't seem to effect the freezing (as far as I could tell) and I had purchased many items that needed to be frozen. Also I was not home when it was delivered. For an elder person-I just bit the bullet.

My last freezer was a chest freezer. To get to the bottom my 5ft body would have to dive head first towards the bottom, feet in the air! So very pleased with this standing freezer. Each shelf has its own supply of refrigerant piped to it. The door seals shut with a suction like sound every time it's opened and closed. My mom liked it so much that she bought one too! There is plenty of room for all the meat, frozen veggies, and other bulk items I buy from Sam's club. I even have room for various ice packs and bones for soup stock. Also room for frozen deer legs to train our tracking dog!
