Cute little freezer! Perfect for small families and doesn't require a lot of space. The best thing about a stand up freezer is you don't have bend down into it and dig around for what you're looking for. Everything is right there in front of you and easily accessible! We love it!

I recently bought the upright freezer and fridge that matches in size. I'm so pleased with the size of it and how easy I can get my frozen veggies without searching deep, because it's on the shelf I selected for veggies. It's so slim that my daughter bought one too!

Had it for about a couple of weeks, I knew it was small my dissatisfaction is that ice forms at the top quick. I tried it on all 3 settings still the same thing. When I picked it up the bottom was bent. Actually thinking about returning it not worth the price.

Unfortunately the door fell off day one because of the way it is mounted. I had to put a block of wood under the door to keep it up and on. To make sure it is level there are only adjustments on the front of the freezer so again I had to put something on the back because the front was too high even though I put it at the lowest level possible it was still tilted. In addition to all that the shelves cannot be moved so a 15 pound turkey will not fit anywhere in the freezer, it is very cheaply made for a $300 item. Would not recommend it!

It's a great freezer. I gave it 4 stars because it is supposed to be a reversible door, but the part that you have to switch was not working when I tried to reverse it. I had to wait about 3 weeks for the part to come in after I contacted customer service. I switched the door without any issues after that.

Arrived 3.5 weeks after ordered, arrived 13 days after "promised" arrival date on order. When it finally arrived it was obviously broken. Door was cracked and hinges bent off but was strangely shrink wrapped like it had been shipped knowing it was damaged. Help with online order was useless they could neither track the package nor explain why it wasn't shipped until after the anticipated arrival date as stated on my order.

I bought this a few weeks ago after watching it for months. I brought it home, plugged it up and it didn't work. I was disappointed to say the least. But the next day I was able to exhange it and the replacement works perfect. It is small enough to fit in my apartment but still roomy on the inside where it counts. Now I can finally take advantage of unbeatable sales on frozen foods without worrying about the storage space.

When we got home and opened the box there was a dent in side of the freezer. The door would not close all the way. Then just fell off. We had to take it back, We had store employees open 2 freezers there in store and they all had problems. Buy at your own risk.

I love this little freezer. Because I am only 5’2, I prefer having an upright freezer rather than one that I have to continually dig down into, like the deep freezers. This small but mighty freezer is perfect for my needs. I love to stock up on veggies and meats, and make prep meals and baked goods that I can freeze for later. This has the perfect amount of space for a single person or a small family that just needs little more room. It’s light weight enough for me to move it around myself, it freezes everything evenly without frost, and I can see above it to clean it. I hope Sam’s keeps this one in as a regular item. I highly recommend this freezer.

My last freezer was a chest freezer. To get to the bottom my 5ft body would have to dive head first towards the bottom, feet in the air! So very pleased with this standing freezer. Each shelf has its own supply of refrigerant piped to it. The door seals shut with a suction like sound every time it's opened and closed. My mom liked it so much that she bought one too! There is plenty of room for all the meat, frozen veggies, and other bulk items I buy from Sam's club. I even have room for various ice packs and bones for soup stock. Also room for frozen deer legs to train our tracking dog!
