I had damage when I received the delivery. Many attempts to have it picked up (due to me not having a vehicle large enough to return it to the store), have FAILED! VERY disappointed with Sam's return policy. EVERY company big and small offer a return that is the same way it was delivered. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

Terrible. I plugged it in and a couple hours later the coils were all iced up . The inside of the door panel was iced up, the outer edges were iced up and there was clumps of ice on the very bottom of the freezer. I have had this freezer for 2 weeks now and its being returned tomorrow. I suspect that the problem might be the gasket seals. My daughter bought one a couple of months ago and she just informed me that they just found out that all the food was defrosted and it appears that the freezer had stopped working.

This purchase was to assist with an overflow of my small chest freezer which is positioned in my kitchen. I am very much enjoying this upright which is accomplishing my need. This freezer provide a “hard rock solid freeze” the same as the chest freezer + this being an upright makes it very easy to locate items in the freezer —- Very Pleased With This Purchase

The first freezer I purchased did not work. Returned it for a refund. It also didn't look like the picture on the site. Reordered a week later and this one worked and looked like the picture. Very pleased with it so far. No issues. Love the organization and the small footprint.

PERFECT for our small area. We had a chest freezer that took up too much room in my craft room. Purchased this and it is working out great. All the food that was in the chest freezer fit perfect in the upright. Arrived with a small dent on the door, but we can live with that..too much of a hassle to return/replace.

I bought this a month ago and have already had to replace it. It arrived with terrible dents all over it and had a piece of the metal on the side bent terribly. I received a second one with the front plastic piece on the bottom broken and this one only had one dent. I was very disappointed in the appearance but so far the product does what it is supposed to. But just has dents.

Cute little freezer! Perfect for small families and doesn't require a lot of space. The best thing about a stand up freezer is you don't have bend down into it and dig around for what you're looking for. Everything is right there in front of you and easily accessible! We love it!

My last freezer was a chest freezer. To get to the bottom my 5ft body would have to dive head first towards the bottom, feet in the air! So very pleased with this standing freezer. Each shelf has its own supply of refrigerant piped to it. The door seals shut with a suction like sound every time it's opened and closed. My mom liked it so much that she bought one too! There is plenty of room for all the meat, frozen veggies, and other bulk items I buy from Sam's club. I even have room for various ice packs and bones for soup stock. Also room for frozen deer legs to train our tracking dog!

We received the freezer with many dents and dings. The one foot was bent completely sideways and even hammering it only helped a bit. It’s not bad for the price and I think if the shippers were more careful then it would have come in better shape. It does create a TON of fuzzy ice inside the door and on the edges inside and it has to be scraped daily or it gets too built up. Won’t let me add photos. Will try again later.

When we got home and opened the box there was a dent in side of the freezer. The door would not close all the way. Then just fell off. We had to take it back, We had store employees open 2 freezers there in store and they all had problems. Buy at your own risk.
