It had a dent on the door when I got it , but I didn't care as long as it works I don't mind, but it didn't work , it did just for 1 or 2 days now it's not working anymore

Had it for a month, so far so good. Important to note that the refrigerant runs through the coil shelving so the shelving is fixed, not adjustable. Good little upright freezer at a great price.

Fits in my small apartment beautiful. Plus it has the bonus of wheels on the back that makes moving easier. I am handicapped and in my seventies making the easy moving wonderful. Enables me to keep more food on hand

Shelves broken on the inside. We thought this would be a great purchase for the price. We didn't want anything real big. Will never make this mistake again. We were told they have had many returned, because of this same problem. You do not know there is a problem until you get them home and take them out of the box.

Really like this freezer it was the perfect size. Just needed a little extra freezer space. Please beware if you’re ordering online as mine came damaged. And did not get delivered on time but Sam’s Club did not update a new delivery date. Call their customer service and they were not helpful at all. So I didn’t even bother to call them about the damage as it did not affect the function of the freezer.

Right now the door fell off and I’m having trouble keeping it on so I am currently not using this product. It’s made to easily come off and on to switch the opening to the other side. Might be operator error but never the less not sure about putting meat in it yet.

My first freezer came broken(may have happened in shipping). Got on the phone with sam's club and they immediately reordered a new one for me and took care of the return all in 15 min. Fedex a as there the next day to pick up the broken one and two days later the new one came and after 15 min. Set up it works great. The customer service was great

This would have 5 stars but my unit came with a dent on the front door. It obviously happened prior to shipping as it was packed securely and had protective packaging in that exact area. This was the last unit at store so I couldn’t exchange. I hid it with a magnet! The height was perfect fit for my space. Price was right!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter and son-in-law. Perfect size for their small family. I wish it was self defrosting, but that didn't matter to them since it is used as additional freezer space for home processed fruit, veggies and stock.

It’s a decent size , keeps consistent cold temperature, looks good. My complaint is that the plastic over the refrigerator was torn and the covering over the inner workings at the bottom where the wires are was also not in tact. Other than that I am 80% happy.
