It had a dent on the door when I got it , but I didn't care as long as it works I don't mind, but it didn't work , it did just for 1 or 2 days now it's not working anymore

We love this little freezer. There is just the two of us. This freezer let's us store up a few things ahead. Best of all you can view every thing in the freezer without reaching, twisting & moving things.

Fridge is a good size for small garage and good quality so far - used less than a month. Delivery was on time but too many small ding and dang - 6 of them all over the surface.

A piece of junk and FedEx won’t even take it back because I don’t have the box away so now I’m out $212 the freezer came defective one of the legs were broken and then the door the seal wasn’t even good ice would build up ice lots of ice a piece of A piece of junk it’s not even worth one star

I just got my freezer today. Not good. This is the second freezer and this one has the same issues plus. The door keeps falling off, and one of the feet is broken. Since I didn't have a SUV I decided to have a freezer delivered and pay the charges; don't do it, it's not worth it.

Seems like a good freezer but it built cheap, the bottom was all bent up when I unpacked it at home but the damage don't affect the operation so and I had to have it asap so I didn't worry about returning it. It looked like the unit was dropped but the bottom frame bent really easily.

Purchased this about a month ago. It replaced a 5.0 c.f. chest type freezer and is soooo much more convenient than digging thru layers of food to find a specific item. It also occupies about half the footprint of the smaller chest type freezer. As I said - so far, so good!!!

very disappointed with your policy and protocol... ordered the freezer and elected to have it shipped in lieu of pickup since I did not have a truck nor anyone to help me.. when delivering it the guy started with it on a dolly then half way up the driveway becomes frustrated and pushes the boxed freezer off the dolly knocking and dropping it to the ground..my cousin was standing there and asked him what's with his attitude..he had no response just dragged it from there the rest of the way to the door.. she took pics of the damaged box and when opened found scratches and dents about 6 to 7 inches on both the right and left bottom sides.. when I reported it at the store they said there is nothing they could do since it's an online order..called the number they gave me.. the first time I called someone in India answered I couldn't understand them...the second time the phone rang about a dozen times no answer...gave up. Sam's should make right on their products no matter if purchased online or not.. especially if you have proof of damage...I bought the appliance expecting it to be delivered in good condition....not with the dents and damage it was left with....if I wanted dents and scratches on my purchased appliance I would have gone to American freight or Direct scratch and dent appliances....

This is small but right size for me. Problem is it was bent at the backside so it was hard to level.I didn’t return as it was an 45 minute drive one way. And would have to reload. And it does have wheels but no way to lock. So when you open the door it moves. This is very annoying. I used some old fashioned rubber door stops.

I choose an upright freezer so I could access what I had in it. It is working great. The issue is I had to return two units that were damaged in the box. As I am older, it required getting help to move three units into my basement and two units out of the basement along with three trips to the store before everything was squared away
