I bought this about a month ago for an inexpensive spare freezer. It was delivered to the house with a couple of dings, a missing screw cover, and the support that held up the door badly bent. It took a while to bend it so it was useable. Having said all that, it works. It is what it is, a cheap little freezer.

bought this fridge due to it’s good price and standing freezer capability. First one arrived damaged, could not even close front door. Called sams customer care # and All we got was hold. Finally they replaced it and second one arrived damaged too. We are keeping this one as replacing first one was big hassle with sams. First one was very damaged so was not usable at all, Second one is damaged too at least we are able to use it. As you see in the picture , upper part does not snug with door so have to be careful with opening and closing door. Won’t buy anything from sams online for sure.

The freezer door was broken off and dented when the packing was removed. It would have taken 2 to 3 weeks for a replacement via on line services. The reason I purchased the Christmas gift on line was so that we did not have to handle it. Instead we had to take it to the store and return it and then repurchase. Then transporting the over to 100 lb freezer. Not sure I will use on line services again

Well this is my 3rd one first one died after 8 months. Had to wait 3 months before they were back in stock. I also paid $40 cheaper and no one would honor that price at Sams. Get the other one home let it sit for a couple of days open it up and front is dented real bad. Had to go back again and get a new one get it home and it’s dented on the side. But on the bottom so I’ll keep this one hopefully this one will last

The best part of buying through Sams is that the handoff at pickup in the parking lot was easy , friendly, and very helpful.....unfortunately, the problem I had was when I got home, I had to unload and put the freezer in the desired location all by myself. I did have to elevate the unit a bit and put it on 4 flat stepping stones. No worries, I got it done and it is now functioning and taking care of all the items we needed to store. The freezer fits beautifully.

Just to be sure always let your newly delivered refrigerators and freezers sit upright for 24 hours so all the oils drain to the bottom of your appliance before you turn them on so you won't damage the unit. The upright is so much easier to organize.

We've only had the freezer for about a month now, but it seems to be working just fine. It's the perfect size to compliment our refrigerator/freezer. No more squeezing everything into a small space. We can buy meat when it's on sale & stock up. I like the upright freezer much better than the chest freezers I've owned in the past as we can see what's in the upright freezer & everything is easy to get to.

It freezes beautifully, which is the goal of having a freezer. It stores plenty, which is why I wanted a second freezer. BUT, the door won't stay on. Literally every time I open the door, the door comes off its tiny little pin, and I have to line it all up and put it back together every time. I've tried to rig it to stay on, but so far, I've had no success.

The size of the upright freezer is convenient for the space that we had selected to place it. The top shelf was off track on one side; I was able to pop it in; hoping that I wouldn’t crack something—it took quite a bit of muscle to pop it in. When sams club employees loaded my freezer into my SUV I was standing on the back of the drivers side; when I got home I noticed that the freezer had been pushed up onto my headliner and had cracked the shell of the headliner. My wife wasn’t too pleased since it was her car and only two years old. I haven’t been able to find anybody yet too find what it is going to cost me. My advice is to make sure store personnel loads your product slowly and check both sides; top and bottom being driving away.

Upon opening freezer was dented and delivery person had it laying horizontal in his delivery truck. We let it sit upright for 24 hours, plugged it in and waited 4 hours per instructions. Completely dead, no cooling whatsoever!! Sams club was very good about returning product!!
