We have only had the freezer for two weeks now. It arrived as promised and after waiting 24 hours for it to settle in, we turned it on. The outside of the freezer was quite warm at first, but as soon as it got down to temperature, it was fine. The freezer is just what we wanted (for two retired people). It has ample shelf space and is not too heavy for me to move around unassisted. Having two wheels in the back was a plus. Now we can buy meat in larger quantities at Sam's!

I love this little freezer, it's exactly the size I needed. I'm a short 75 year old woman and was able to unpack the freezer and set it in place by myself. I almost purchased a small chest style but wasn't looking forward to standing on my head trying to reach the bottom and the hassle of organizing the food. This little guy takes care of both of those problems.

This had to be defrosed after 3 weeks. The seal on the top of the door leaks and frosts up within 2 days. It came with a 2" dent in the top from poor packaging. I would not buy this if I were you. I made a mistake, I should have spent more on a major brand. I am sorry to have to say this.

We've only had this freezer for a few weeks to a month, but it has performed well so far. It's quiet, spacious inside, and doesn't take up much floorspace. We were able to easily swap the door hinge to the other side. I like that the coils are built into the shelves, so the cooling effect is spread throughout the interior. I think my only complaint is that the magnetic seal on the door makes it kind of hard to open, especially on a hard time floor where the wheels roll easily. At least it seals well! Our electricity bill doesn't seem to have suffered much with the addition of this freezer. Overall, I'm pleased, especially for the price!

Great for 2 people. Extremely quiet and stays quite cold. At coldest setting consistently stays 10 degrees or more below zero. Has wheels so easily movable and fits conveniently in small spaces. Door opens on the left but can be moved to open on the right. Only draw back is it won't fit larger items such as frozen turkeys.

one big problem is that we couldnt change door to open opposite way. doing that requires taking the whole top & bottom apart. we had a lot apart but gave up. luckily we were able to get it all back together. there is no light in it. not a big problem. it will require manual defrosting. i hope that wont b too hard. but the size is perfect addition for us.

The Thomson Upright Freezer is the best size for my home and family. We had a slight problem while setting it up in that the door bracket on the bottom was bent. We called the number provided and a representative called back when he was free. By the time he called us we had solved the issue.

The packaging was fine. Discovered dents at the bottom corner and a crack on the top cover. It would have been returned if it was being stored in the house. I couldn't not believe it was packaged and shipped damaged. Over all, it is a perfect fit for the area and works just fine.

Excellent freezer. Two persons in their sixties were able to unload it from our mini-van and get it down the steps and setup in the basement. (Allowed to set upright overnight before plugging it in since it was on its side in transit.) It was around zero degrees Fahrenheit within a few hours. Loaded up with food and it has held temperature ever since. We switched from a failed chest freezer and this is much easier to locate the food compared to the chest freezer.

The freezer is great. Good value and holds more than we expected. That said, when we opened the box, it had a large dent in the front and it was missing one of the feet that help it stand up straight. It was heavy and we had to pick it up in a truck, so we didn’t want to mess with returning it. Just a heads up.
