It is easy to move, surprisingly light weight. It has more room inside than you’d think given its size. It is an excellent value, considering COVID-19 and the ensuing meat shortage and thus the ever increasing prices for meat. It is also frost-free, and the shelves make it easy to organize and find what was one is looking for. The freezer is also very quiet compared to freezers I’ve used in the past.

This freezer is the perfect size. I like that it is an upright and not a chest freezer. The only complaint I have is that it is not frost-free. Picked it up on July 6th, it is now August 5th and it needs defrosted already. I've had other upright freezers in the past and most were frost-free, but one was not. I don't recall exactly how long before I had to defrost it, but I know it was much longer than one month. I'm recommending this product if you don't mind frequent defrosting. Otherwise, don't buy it.

I purchased this freezer online after seeing it in the store to take advantage of the free shippping. It took over 3 weeks for it to be delivered and I wasn’t very happy about that. However now that I have received it, I am very pleased with it. Perfect extra freezer space since I have a side by side refrigerator.

The size is perfect for empty-nesters. Like the fact that is a manual defost. The shelves are fixed or none adjustable. The coils run though the shelves. Which is great for flash freezing of berries to vacuum seal. The price point was competitive as well. Like that it is a upright freezer much easier to see what is on the shelves. Don't have to wonder what is on the bottom of the old chest freezer that this unit replaced.

Arrived damaged, adjustable foot on one side was bent, the plastic foot was split across the middle, when I tried to straighten it it split apart. Dent on the side. However it is cooling just fine. Too much hassle to return it. Okay product, not the greatest.

Have not had it very long, but so far so good. Picked it up & let it stand overnight before plugging in. Shelves froze up quickly and have kept everything solid since...so we are happy. Light weight, easy to move on it,s wheels, compact size but big enough.

I've only had this freezer a couple of weeks but so far no problems. I've always wanted a small freezer (only 2 of us). Chest freezers wouldn't work for me, having to crawl inside to get stuff. Never saw the option of a small upright before. Perfect size to hold extras and take advantage of sales. Hardly takes any space at all.

The Freezer was received with Instructions to complete the Assembly of the door and legs, which proved to be a little difficult as initially I didn’t get the door aligned properly and the Freezer quickly filled with frost. It would have been helpful for more details to have been provided on how to insure that the door was installed properly. Once corrected, the Freezer has performed well.

I bought this online. It was well packaged but they one concern I had was there was a Dent in the front where a fork lift look like it had hit it and on the side under the clear wrap there was scraped off paint and black dirt. I was offered a discount and decided to go ahead and keep it and it's working well

It’s just the right size for neatly packaged items, not bulky ones, because the shelves are narrow. It’s a little noisy when it runs making a humming sound. I use it in my basement. I like the convenience of an upright vs a chest because items are not buried at the bottom.
