PURCHASED AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FIRST , I ORDERED IT ON DEC.11 DELIVERY WAS TO BE DEC. 18-20 THEY GOT IT DEC.27 THEN ,IT WAS DELIVERED UPSIDE DOWN AND STOOD ALL DAY TILL EVENING THEY TURNED IT UPRIGHT AND LET IT SET 4 DAYS. WHEN IT WAS PLUGGED IN AFTER SETTING 4 DAYS,IT RAN OK 2 DAYS LATER, IT WAS LOADED WITH FOOD AND WAS FINE 3 DAYS LATER THEY WENT TO GET SOMETHING OUT OF IT AND BLOOD WAS RUNNING OUT THE BOTTOM,IT HAD QUIT AND THEY LOST ALL THE FOOD IN IT! LESS THAN A MONTH IN USE AND A GIFT I WILL BE RETURNING FOR A FULL REFUND ASAP

I bought the up-right Freezer as an addition to our limited freezer space in our refrigerator and I'm glad I went with it rather than a chest freezer. It's much more convenient, reducing the time one must rummage around inside. Works fine but the jury is still out since I haven't had it more than a month or so. Hence 4 out of 5 stars.

Perfect for what I needed. The freezer is not too big or small. I plugged it up & it's being working since (I've had it for a few weeks). It gets very cold. I'm still working on the right temp setting. I like the vacuum seal feature when the door closes.

The freezer came damaged, but Sam's Club used excellent customer service to make it right. The freezer stays at a steady "0 degrees" and so it is operating at optimal performance at a mid range setting. I am pleased with the little freezer as it is doing its job. All-in-all, I'm satisfied.

Purchased recently and it is just as advertised . Fit into a small niche in the garage just perfectly. So far so good. Love that the shelves let me see what is in the freezer rather than a chest type where things are hidden from view. So far I really like it. Now I can take advantage of Sam's meats that were packaged too large for the 2 of us.

Bought this because the price was right and I thought I might need an extra freezer, just in case I caught too many fish or killed a deer. It works great and has more than enough room for my purposes another plus is that it fits in a pretty small ares so it't not out in the way like some freezers.

Just perfect. I had been looking for a new freezer for the last month. The day before the purchase, my landlord had replaced the refrigerator with a way smaller model. All of the freezers within the Chicagoland areas have been sold out and on back order for months. I just so happen to luck in fing this one in indiana, 2 hours away, which was also the last upright freezer. Just perfect for a 3 member household. I love it.

Freezer works great and I purchased it at an even greater price!! When it arrived the top was not on. I had to get longer screws to hold the top in place. It also had dents and dings on it. I wish it would have arrived in better condition but it works fine!!

Great price. Delivered to our home quickly. Is working very well and quietly with temperature being maintained exactly at zero F or less as desired. For the savings in price, we got a wireless monitor to see the temp directly without opening the door.

Great for 2 people. Extremely quiet and stays quite cold. At coldest setting consistently stays 10 degrees or more below zero. Has wheels so easily movable and fits conveniently in small spaces. Door opens on the left but can be moved to open on the right. Only draw back is it won't fit larger items such as frozen turkeys.
