This freezer suits my needs perfectly. I would have given it 5 stars, but it is not frost free. I’m temporarily in a smaller home, and did not have room for a large freezer. The shelves make it easy to keep my food items well organized. It is also very quiet.

The door just falls off. Its not broken or anything just a crappy design. I had it in my garage and didnt notice until the next day after it had already ruined hundreds of dollars worth of food. Lost more money on spoiled food than what it would have cost to just upgrade to a better one.

This had to be defrosed after 3 weeks. The seal on the top of the door leaks and frosts up within 2 days. It came with a 2" dent in the top from poor packaging. I would not buy this if I were you. I made a mistake, I should have spent more on a major brand. I am sorry to have to say this.

I like the freezer specially the convenience of storage in a position where you can see everything to have. There are two things that can improve; it's a little difficult to open the door (it closes very tight) and the amount of frost buildup it makes. I've had it for three weeks and so far it is working good.

I love it!!!!! It's a great size. It has a small footprint and is plenty roomy inside. There are two models being delivered for this freezer. I did have to return the first freezer because it was dented on the bottom. That one had a 1-2-3 dial to control the temperature. The second one has a 1-7 dial and I like that better. The tech support and the staff at my Sam's Club were both very helpful. It freezes well. It does frost up. But so far, it hasn't freezer burned anything. I'm happy with my purchase.

From the start the product was damaged on the size, which I was ready to ignore. However after the first week my grandson opened the door and door came completely off the hedges. Since then I have had to defrost the freezer twice in less than a month because so much frost. I guess the frost is a result of the door not being closing tightly???? I will be returning said product soon.

Despite the large amount of packaging and protection the freezer had, at some point in its journey to my home it had been dropped on one corner of the bottom. This was not obvious from the outside. Not until the packaging was removed. See pictures. As this bent the frame near the back wheel, it required a bit more levelling to get it balanced on the floor. But it did level and the freezer is operating just fine. So far, I have not heard back from Sams Club regarding replacement or compensation. That part is disappointing. As to the freezer itself. It is operating just fine. Very cold inside. Lots of shelves. Great for sorting out your food items. But none are removable or adjustable because the freezer coils run through them all. This is only an issue if you have a large item. Anything bigger than 7" tall will not fit inside. So no large turkeys. It is a great addition to your refrigerator's freezer in keeping many items so you don't have to rummage. Being upright, you don't have to dig down like you do in a chest freezer. Digging your way to the bottom to find something. Now you can see most items right in front of you. Uprights may not be as efficient electrically, but they are way more efficient from a convenience point of view. $10 (?) more per year to run for less time spent digging is well worth it. Overall I am happy with the freezer operation and look. Just disappointed it got damaged along the way.

This is one of my prized purchases. I first saw in store, came home and ordered on line. After placing my order, I reviewed other customers feedback. After reading reviews, I considered cancelling my order. I am so happy I did not cancel. Packing was perfect, and so is this freezer. I do NOT have unusual ice buildup, the exterior and interior in perfect condition. Truly an excellent buy.

The freezer is great. Good value and holds more than we expected. That said, when we opened the box, it had a large dent in the front and it was missing one of the feet that help it stand up straight. It was heavy and we had to pick it up in a truck, so we didn’t want to mess with returning it. Just a heads up.

This freezer is a perfect size and perfect cost for a secondary storage. It has enough room for a good amount of food and the compact size fits nicely in the garage. It does throw off a good deal of heat But that’s to be expected. I set the temperature to the second notch and it is keeping everything frozen. That seems odd to me because there are seven notches and I’m waiting for my electric bill to see how much more energy is being used by having this. This is a manual defrost unit but after one month of service I don’t see a buildup of ice inside yet. I would recommend this to anyone that needs additional storage or a back up to the existing freezer.
