Purchased recently and it is just as advertised . Fit into a small niche in the garage just perfectly. So far so good. Love that the shelves let me see what is in the freezer rather than a chest type where things are hidden from view. So far I really like it. Now I can take advantage of Sam's meats that were packaged too large for the 2 of us.

Sadly, I don't have a review worth reading. I can only comment on my actions. I was anxious to get this Igloo freezer. After reading the previous reviews, I returned this freezer without unpacking it. It just seemed wasn't worth keeping. No one had anything good to say about this freezer. A couple reviews were happy but they had only had it a few months. People don't write reviews about how great it is, only how bad it is. The warranty is good for a year. My current chest freezer is 20+ years old. It is perfect for my needs,maybe someone will tell write a good review.

Freezer arrived on time however, due to it being a christmas gift we did not open the box when it arrived. Once opened Christmas morning the Freezer was damaged. It has 2 large dents plus one of the leveler feet was crushed.. Once plugged in the Freezer does work fine . It was a gift for our son. disappointing! but a hassle to try to take back so we will have to live with it.

We needed to quickly get a reasonably priced freezer after a very unexpected successful hunting trip. Ran into our local Sams and they had this in stock. So far so good; it fits in the space we needed it to and holds about 60lbs of ground meat. No complaints thus far!

Package came with whole bottom of the box missing. The top was completely busted and a huge dent in the side. The door was missing pieces and not even attached. So disappointed because the size is perfect and we were wishing it wasn’t handled so poorly shipping.

It is easy to move, surprisingly light weight. It has more room inside than you’d think given its size. It is an excellent value, considering COVID-19 and the ensuing meat shortage and thus the ever increasing prices for meat. It is also frost-free, and the shelves make it easy to organize and find what was one is looking for. The freezer is also very quiet compared to freezers I’ve used in the past.

I love this little freezer, it's exactly the size I needed. I'm a short 75 year old woman and was able to unpack the freezer and set it in place by myself. I almost purchased a small chest style but wasn't looking forward to standing on my head trying to reach the bottom and the hassle of organizing the food. This little guy takes care of both of those problems.

This is an excellent freezer for the money. The size is perfect for our needs. The only thing, I don't like is that it is not auto-defrost. I didn't think to check for that feature before buying it, so that's my own fault. Of course, if I had decided that was a priority, I would have had to spend a lot more money. Also, the day after I ordered this, it went on sale for $40 less. I called Sam's Club, and they gave me the $40 credit. Thank you Sam's Club! Very happy with my purchase.

I received the original freezer on March 4th. When opened, the leveling cap was broken. Instead of having a new cap sent, Samsclub.com had FedEx pick up the freezer and ordered a replacement. I received the replacement freezer today, and the door was hanging off of the freezer and there was a crack across the top of the freezer.

I like an upright freezer over the box type as I get everything lost in the box type. This freezer is a nice size, has sturdy shelves, and holds plenty. I knew going in that it is not self-defrosting, but after about a month there is little buildup anyway.
