Package came with whole bottom of the box missing. The top was completely busted and a huge dent in the side. The door was missing pieces and not even attached. So disappointed because the size is perfect and we were wishing it wasn’t handled so poorly shipping.

So far so good. Love the freezer and size. The price was very good compared to others in size range. I do not have the freezer long so I cannot say how good it is. I would have given it 5 stars but was not offered an extended warranty when I purchased on line. Hopefully it last, I really like it.

This is one of my prized purchases. I first saw in store, came home and ordered on line. After placing my order, I reviewed other customers feedback. After reading reviews, I considered cancelling my order. I am so happy I did not cancel. Packing was perfect, and so is this freezer. I do NOT have unusual ice buildup, the exterior and interior in perfect condition. Truly an excellent buy.

Ordering online and picking up the freezer was a breeze. Unfortunately when we unpacked it it was damaged and we had to return it and get a new one. It is working as expected, we have only had it a few weeks. I am pleased with the shelves and that the door is reversible.

Purchased this freezer as we needed more freezer capacity. We had a chest freezer before and did not like it. A nightmare to find anything. With this freezer, you can organize it and not kill your back finding something. Great price and a freezer that we are extremely happy with.

I have only used this appliance for a few weeks, but so far I am very pleased. Unit is very quiet, uses very little power, and has lots of storage space given its compact external dimensions. Assuming it continues to perform over a long life, because of its low price, I would rate it a great value.

I like the freezer specially the convenience of storage in a position where you can see everything to have. There are two things that can improve; it's a little difficult to open the door (it closes very tight) and the amount of frost buildup it makes. I've had it for three weeks and so far it is working good.

We bought this freezer to keep in the basement so we could "stock up" on sale items and freeze summer produce without tying up our regular freezer compartment in the kitchen refrigerator. Some people said it is too small, but we have found it holds ALOT of food. It fits in a small space, is quiet, and so far works great. Am hoping it continues to work for many years.

looks great runs very efficiently and takes up a small space yet offers alot of storage space. My old freezer was chest and things always got buried in bottom with shelfs on new one everything is really easy to find and get too quickly, and priced very good too!

Great price. Delivered to our home quickly. Is working very well and quietly with temperature being maintained exactly at zero F or less as desired. For the savings in price, we got a wireless monitor to see the temp directly without opening the door.
