We bought this freezer for excess food. We like it so far. We did get it home and it was dented on the back corner and the box was crushed on the back corner. My husband put a piece of wood to balance it. Sams did give us $50 off. The only complaint I have is we had to go to the Sams where we bought it which was 40 miles round trip.

This little freezer is perfect for my needs. It takes up very little space and holds as much as the small chest freezer I had before buying this one and it's so much easier to find what I'm looking for since I don't have empty it to find what I need. I wasted food before because it was forgotten at the bottom of the chest freezer. It keeps the contents solidly frozen.......even ice cream! It does have to be defrosted from time to time but if you like to freeze cake, cookies, etc that's a good thing because they will last longer than in an auto-defrost freezer. I bought the freezer while it was on sale and it was delivered to my house which was a huge help! I am definitely happy with this freezer!

We needed a small freezer to add to our side by side freezer as it was not enough freezer space. This freezer was upright, slender and does not look bad in our kitchen area. It is perfect for seniors and great as it does not take up much room. I do not want to bend and stoop to get my frozen food out and this beats a chest freezer by 100% for us.

Despite the large amount of packaging and protection the freezer had, at some point in its journey to my home it had been dropped on one corner of the bottom. This was not obvious from the outside. Not until the packaging was removed. See pictures. As this bent the frame near the back wheel, it required a bit more levelling to get it balanced on the floor. But it did level and the freezer is operating just fine. So far, I have not heard back from Sams Club regarding replacement or compensation. That part is disappointing. As to the freezer itself. It is operating just fine. Very cold inside. Lots of shelves. Great for sorting out your food items. But none are removable or adjustable because the freezer coils run through them all. This is only an issue if you have a large item. Anything bigger than 7" tall will not fit inside. So no large turkeys. It is a great addition to your refrigerator's freezer in keeping many items so you don't have to rummage. Being upright, you don't have to dig down like you do in a chest freezer. Digging your way to the bottom to find something. Now you can see most items right in front of you. Uprights may not be as efficient electrically, but they are way more efficient from a convenience point of view. $10 (?) more per year to run for less time spent digging is well worth it. Overall I am happy with the freezer operation and look. Just disappointed it got damaged along the way.

Its not overwhelmingly big, its sturdy almost 5 feet tall and I like the fact that its just simple white. It fits well in the garage without overcrowding and no ice build up. I just didn’t like the fact that they could not deliver to the house but their customer service Is excellent since my hubby couldn’t make it to the time slot for pick up, they gave us at least 72 hours to pick up from the original schedule. I just hope it last for a long time since this is my first time buying this brand!

Just perfect. I had been looking for a new freezer for the last month. The day before the purchase, my landlord had replaced the refrigerator with a way smaller model. All of the freezers within the Chicagoland areas have been sold out and on back order for months. I just so happen to luck in fing this one in indiana, 2 hours away, which was also the last upright freezer. Just perfect for a 3 member household. I love it.

This is a very good small freezer. We got it when our regular fridge/freezer stopped working and we were waiting for repairs (as of now we’re still waiting!). It’s able to hold all our frozen meats and vegetables and still has room. This will compliment our fridge/freezer when (if) it gets fixed.

Great freezer for a small space as I dislike chest freezers that food gets lost, this freezer I can have an upright in a small space and know what I have at all times. My only disappointment is that when it arrived it had 3 dents in the front and I didn't fuss about it as it is in a storage room for no one else to see

This is NOT worth buying. It won't go below O degrees; I've only had it about 2 months and it needs defrosting. It is in a room with no heat and the door is only opened 3 or 4 times a week. I can't believe I have wasted my money on this. I would love to get my money back.

My husband and I bought this freezer in hopes of making a good investment. Well, we were terribly mistaken. The freezer never froze and then after about 2 days it stopped cooling. Needless to say, we returned it. Upon returning it, the cashier said someone else had just returned the same product for the same reasons. She even said that's not Sam's normal brand of appliances. I would highly discourage one from purchasing this item!
