I had a small space in which I was able to put the freezer, I had an refrigerator freezer so packed full that there was no way to even have ice cube trays as I had frozen pounds of peaches from the tree. Now I have this ever so cute 6.5 cu ft freezer taking care of my fruit and I can start freezing soups and other things I enjoy making and have ice cube trays in my refrigerator. Just perfect and I was able to get some other things from the garden and freeze all that as well. Very pleased and perfect for me and I can plant more in the garden next season as I have a freezer to hold it all.

This freezer definitely is a little guy, but works great! My fiancé and I are the only ones in our household and it gets pretty full just for our meal prepping for two, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or any household more than 2-3 people. I do wish the bottom had a drawer instead of just the uneven bottom surface area. But it works great and is at a fantastic price point! *friendly reminder to leave your freezer sitting upright and unplugged 24 HOURS before plugging it in when you bring it home!!!

I purchased this freezer online. It arrived with heavy damage. I tried calling the 1-800 number, was on hold almost an hour before I hung up. Tried calling the store next day, got put on hold. Drove to the store while I was on hold (45 minutes), stood in line. The associate in the store was quite rude, I asked for the manager who told me I could load the freezer in my car and return it myself, I ordered online Beto can’t lift this thing myself, or call the 1-800 number to have them arrange pick up! Don’t purchase this product online, you won’t be able to get any help!

The bottom 2 of 5 shelves are the only ones that work. I waited 2 days to plug the freezer in just in case it had been laid down. I set it on 2 so it could get cold then put it on 3 the coldest. It just won’t freeze on the top 3 shelves. I got a partial refund because I am not able to move it by myself to return it. It might be ok as a refrigerator instead of a freezer…

This item was just what I wanted for the condo. Narrow and easy access to every shelf. Consider this item for awhile. When it was advertised on sale, purchase was made with free delivery. Delivery was pleasantly made 8 days earlier than originally planned. Very satisfied with performance.

Got excellent in store service to order the freezer on line. Delivered by FedEx in timely manner. Looks to have a couple dents at top corner like it could have dropped. Right now the freezer is working. There seems to be some condensation. Keeping eye on. Really dont want to return as Ive been wanting forever.

I had to send back the first freezer I received due to dents in both sides, the second freezer I received as a replacement also had a dent near the bottom...but I didn't want the hassle of returning it again so I will live with it. I should not have to pay full price for damaged merchandise.

Still quite new but absolutely NO complaints about anything. Well wait a sec., the first freezer that arrived had a break in the top left corner … making me think the delivery person must have dropped it on its head :-) but I called and another was sent out right away and it is perfect, not even a dent or bruise anywhere. Very pleased.

Hard to open should have a handle, and indication light if power is on. I had to buy a alarm sensor if the temp went below refreezing. That was 22 dollar's and batteries for another 4 bucks. Other then that working pretty good. I might buy another one.

Brand new freezer was beat up on delivery when I took it out of the box. Can't get it level so have to shim it. Would not buy a freezer this way again. Next time will be delivery with set up. That way if it has dents, cracks in plastic parts, and won't level like this one does, I will not accept it.
