Still quite new but absolutely NO complaints about anything. Well wait a sec., the first freezer that arrived had a break in the top left corner … making me think the delivery person must have dropped it on its head :-) but I called and another was sent out right away and it is perfect, not even a dent or bruise anywhere. Very pleased.

This product is ok. I already have to defrost it and I have only had it a few weeks. This product was received with the top corner cracked but it seems to be working ok. If this one breaks I will not purchase a new one that is not self defrosting.

I just wanted to write the review you never see. The unit we received was in perfect condition, no dents or damage of any kind. Typically, this doesn’t motivate someone to write a review and say “nothing happened”” but I suspect it’s what happens most of the time. The exterior aluminum panels are treated with a protective plastic coding before the unit is assembled. You will spend most of your unboxing time peeling off the plastic.

The freezer came damaged, but Sam's Club used excellent customer service to make it right. The freezer stays at a steady "0 degrees" and so it is operating at optimal performance at a mid range setting. I am pleased with the little freezer as it is doing its job. All-in-all, I'm satisfied.

I had a small space in which I was able to put the freezer, I had an refrigerator freezer so packed full that there was no way to even have ice cube trays as I had frozen pounds of peaches from the tree. Now I have this ever so cute 6.5 cu ft freezer taking care of my fruit and I can start freezing soups and other things I enjoy making and have ice cube trays in my refrigerator. Just perfect and I was able to get some other things from the garden and freeze all that as well. Very pleased and perfect for me and I can plant more in the garden next season as I have a freezer to hold it all.

Purchased recently and it is just as advertised . Fit into a small niche in the garage just perfectly. So far so good. Love that the shelves let me see what is in the freezer rather than a chest type where things are hidden from view. So far I really like it. Now I can take advantage of Sam's meats that were packaged too large for the 2 of us.

This small freezer does not freeze at all...I’m so disappointed. I’ve just about lost all my food. I had it for two weeks before I even plugged the freezer into the wall. Once I setup the unit, I let it operate for more than 24hrs before placing any food in it. All my frozen items began to unthaw slowly. Such a let down. I will be returning this item.

Thw freezer is very cheaply made. The top part is cheap plastic which is also the part that holds the door on. My freezer was busted when i received it. The top is cracked due the fast that it is so cheap. Unless you are looking for a disposable freezer dont by this

I read the reviews, several of them. I was worried of the over heating issue. I live in small town America so this ment a 2 hour drive to the location and 2 hour return trip, in which the freezer would be laying in the back of my suv and I do mean laying. I read several other sites on freezer transportation and decided to let the freezer sit upright until the next day. I plugged it in (the setting was already on #3 and i believe the instructions even said setting 3 which is the coldest) bam it was so hot to the touch it would have burned my hands and that is no joke. Determined to get this freezer to work I researched more. After the freezer was once again as if I had just unboxed it, I plugged it in this time I set the cooling setting on #1 and check the outside touch for overheating and it was perfect. I gradually increased the temperature allowing 3 to 4 hours inbetween rising the temperature, 1 then 1 1/2 then 2 and finally 2 1/2. My freezer is now 1 month old and is perfect! Never felt hot never gave me any indication this wouldnt be the perfect match for my needs.

Nice little freezer for this single girl. The shelves are fixed and one should know that. Its fine for my purposes. I don't think some larger items would fit like a large frozen turkey. Fed Ex was very rough on the product and I was worried it wouldn't work. Perhaps sams should change shipper.
