Great Value and a nice size for and works great. Would have given it 5 Stars but it came with damage to the unit. If I could get a credit for the damages would give it a 5 star rating.

This freezer is perfect for knowing everything you have on hand. Easy to see with the shelves. It doesn't store as much as our upright but I prefer to see it on the shelves

Perfect size, works well so far but have only had it a few weeks. Have to hold on to the top when I open the door because it pulls the entire freezer.

This freezer is a good size for a small space. The coils are in the shelves helping keep it compact. We have it in our garage. So far it's working well. We'll see how it holds up to the heat this summer.

We were looking for a small freezer for my mom in her basement apartment. This upright was perfect and at a very good price. So far we are very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this freezer online. It arrived with heavy damage. I tried calling the 1-800 number, was on hold almost an hour before I hung up. Tried calling the store next day, got put on hold. Drove to the store while I was on hold (45 minutes), stood in line. The associate in the store was quite rude, I asked for the manager who told me I could load the freezer in my car and return it myself, I ordered online Beto can’t lift this thing myself, or call the 1-800 number to have them arrange pick up! Don’t purchase this product online, you won’t be able to get any help!

The freezer seemed to make it Ok, but once uncovered there were several small dings, dents and even a small crack...bad packaging design or poor handling...I thought about taking it back, but too much hassle and it will be tucked away in our basement.

Brand new freezer was beat up on delivery when I took it out of the box. Can't get it level so have to shim it. Would not buy a freezer this way again. Next time will be delivery with set up. That way if it has dents, cracks in plastic parts, and won't level like this one does, I will not accept it.

I bought this small upright Freezer some weeks ago. I was a little concerned when I read all of the reviews but decided to purchase as it seemed the best size and option for us. I did not want to uncover everything to get to whatever I wanted to take out like you have with a chest type unit so, this one seemed our best option. It is perfect. We could not have made a better choice. LOVE IT!

We bought this freezer a few weeks ago and we have not had a single problem from it. It works very well. It immediately started getting cold (I saw a few reviews saying it never started to get cold, ours worked the way it's supposed to). Overall, we are quite pleased with this purchase. P
