Got this little freezer about a month ago and so far it is working great. The size is perfect, not to big, not to small. The best thing about it is it was available to pick up the same day. Thanks Sam's club!!

Perfect size, works well so far but have only had it a few weeks. Have to hold on to the top when I open the door because it pulls the entire freezer.

freezer works fine atm, the outside on the sides were hot when first turn on, i believe it does that whenever it tries to add more cold to the freezer. freezer noise is relatively quiet. so far, so good. let's hope it will last me at least 5 years.

We wanted a freezer to fit into a tighter space and this fit the bill. It’s width and height, with shelves, allows plenty of room for those extra frozen goods.

I've had this freezer for over a month now. It works great! It doesn't take up a lot of space and runs quiet. It holds enough for my needs and I'm very happy with my purchase!

I've only had this freezer a couple of weeks but so far no problems. I've always wanted a small freezer (only 2 of us). Chest freezers wouldn't work for me, having to crawl inside to get stuff. Never saw the option of a small upright before. Perfect size to hold extras and take advantage of sales. Hardly takes any space at all.

Very flimsy had to return it noticed bottom was scraped and dented also freezer door kept falling out. No instructions on manual as to how to fix the problem. When is took it back to the warehouse they offered a replacement which I thought was great but when they unpack it they freezer door kept doing the same thing and no one knew what to do. Not a great deal or quality for the money I decided not to take the replacement.

This freezer is a good size for compact area. I am disappointed that it was dented in on one side which caused it to lean backwards. We had to put a block of wood under that side to keep it standing upright. I did pay for a new freezer not a dent sale freezer.

We've had it for several weeks now with no issues. We were looking for a "smaller" upright freezer that didn't break the bank and this fit the bill nicely. It's not loud, seals well, and freezes like it should. Plus, food doesn't get "lost" like it does with our chest freezer. Delivered to our house free with Plus membership, which was a huge bonus.

I am on my second unit, and so far so good. I fault the store for storing them on their sides, as I saw one up in the upper shelves at the store. I didn't think anything of it when I ordered online and picked it up, as it had been years since I had an upright freezer. I left it upright for at least 3 hours once I got it home. It never got that cold and eventually failed completely. The 2nd unit (purchased at a different store) I left upright for almost 3 days and it seems to work, almost too well. Praying it keeps working. Nice setup and so much nicer than having a chest freezer. Recommending for purchase and hopefully you don't go through wheat I did.
