Freezer delivered with a dent in plain view on front door and it was covered up with the energy efficient sticker. Unbelievable

Freezer delivered early

Sadly was let down quickly. Opened the box and a huge dent was on the front door as well as a small dent on the back.

frosting all over in 2 months

it was good for a month or two and now frosting like anything, all the shelfs became icy, what a hassle now, need to dump this junk to Sam,

Hello Khan, please adjust the door so that humid room air is not entering the freezer. You can adjust the door by loosening the top hinge. <br />You can also adjust the front legs so the front of the freezer is slightly higher than the rear. This will help (by using gravity) to keep the freezer door closed.<br />We appreciate your feedback and would like to apologize for your recent experience with the Thomson Upright Freezer. Stopped working after 1 month

Same problems with the door fallen off and now it stopped to work after only a month! My whole stuff is damaged and that in a pandemic :( awesome! :(

Worked less than a month before it started making a loud noise and wouldn't cool. Returned it for a full refund.

igloo freezer

love the size, and so far so good. runs nice and quite and when you shut the door its a vacum seal! Only thing I purchased a 6.9 and box said 6.5..

Poor shipping
