Brought it home a couple days ago, left it up right for more than 24 hours before plugging in and the I plug it and... nothing! Left it plugged in for 24 hours and it's not even cool.

Got it because of the upright convenience, for an small unit, and reasonable price it works fantastic Also I am taking the opportunity to Thank Sam's Club for an outstanding Customer Service

Beyond disappointed. Both times the door would NOT stay closed. It just would not seal at the top and the door keeps popping open even after it was cold. Buying & having to return both times were a waste of time and energy.

· Only lasted 9 months Bought Jan 9, 2021, as of Sept 15, 2021 The freezer quit working. I had about $1000.00 worth of meats in the freezer. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Will not buy again or recommend.

Just got it in this weekend and brought it back Today. Never even got a chance to use it- as the door would not stay on!!! Trying to get it picked up was a mess, ended up just taking it to the store.

I have had this freezer for less than a year and the last several months, it has been tripping my circut in the garage multiple times a day. We can't go out of town or be gone for any length of time because it continually trips. Last time it tripped we had to leave unexpectedly and came back 4 days later to hundreds of dollars of food spoiled.

Don't buy this one. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Woke up one morning and everything was melting. I am trying to deal with the company to see if they will replace it. So my mother & I needed a small freezer for a 1/4 beef we purchased. We decided on this upright to be able to see better in getting things out of the freezer. It was well packaged & didn’t have any scratches or dings. It also became very cold within mins of plugging it in. It IS small! I’m 5’7” & it comes up to my chin. It is not frost free, but I’ve been told freezers with frost are much better for your meat than frost free as the frost free freezers heat up a few mins to defrost & it can damage your frozen items causing ice to build up or cause freezer burn. I guess the only downside to this freezer is that it’s not very heavy, which could also be considered good, but it was kind of wobbly. I adjusted the legs on it to level it out, but the leg came completely out, so I had to put a piece of tile under it to make it level. There is nothing or nowhere to secure it to the wall. When you open it, the whole freezer is so lightweight, it moves, but I’m hoping after we pick up the 1/4 cow the extra weight will fix this problem. There is no light inside, so I installed some led bright lights above it. I’ll update this review after we have had it a few months. So far so good.

Freezer work for 6 months then quit.
