This freezer bought before Covid to stock up on meat! Bought from Sams but out after three months and nothing to be done about all the food wasted! Very very disappointed!

The bracket that the bottom of the door pin goes into was angled too far down so the door didn’t seal and would fall right off. Took it back and got a different brand.

I read all the reviews before purchasing this freezer. Some complained and some praised the product! I ordered it because if it's slim size and capacity. I have had it for two weeks and it's perfect!

Went by direction kept upright when moving also when in place did not plug in for six hours works great so far was used for breast milk mostly but overall was a great buy

I have had this freezer for less than a year and the last several months, it has been tripping my circut in the garage multiple times a day. We can't go out of town or be gone for any length of time because it continually trips. Last time it tripped we had to leave unexpectedly and came back 4 days later to hundreds of dollars of food spoiled.

Don't buy this one. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Woke up one morning and everything was melting. I am trying to deal with the company to see if they will replace it. So my mother & I needed a small freezer for a 1/4 beef we purchased. We decided on this upright to be able to see better in getting things out of the freezer. It was well packaged & didn’t have any scratches or dings. It also became very cold within mins of plugging it in. It IS small! I’m 5’7” & it comes up to my chin. It is not frost free, but I’ve been told freezers with frost are much better for your meat than frost free as the frost free freezers heat up a few mins to defrost & it can damage your frozen items causing ice to build up or cause freezer burn. I guess the only downside to this freezer is that it’s not very heavy, which could also be considered good, but it was kind of wobbly. I adjusted the legs on it to level it out, but the leg came completely out, so I had to put a piece of tile under it to make it level. There is nothing or nowhere to secure it to the wall. When you open it, the whole freezer is so lightweight, it moves, but I’m hoping after we pick up the 1/4 cow the extra weight will fix this problem. There is no light inside, so I installed some led bright lights above it. I’ll update this review after we have had it a few months. So far so good.

I bought it in June and all the food I had inside this month has defrosted
