I love this freezer. It's perfect in size. However, I've owned it two weeks and the top 2 shelves quit freezing anything. Called the company, they said retention it to Sam's. They didn't have any in stock. I'm hoping it's a fluke and getting a new one will queen longer.

Seal
I really like this little freezer. The suction seal is, wow. We’ve only had it for a few months. The top seal came loose. Now, even if I put it in place before shutting I’ll open yes with a good suction, it is so full of ice crystals. I’ve adjusted the setting no matter what that detached seal is ruining all my food. Don’t know who to get ahold of. We moved and can’t pamphlet.

Broke On Arrival
Received my freezer for to to have a crack in the freezer and the door fell off as soon as I removed the plastic. The worse part is I have spent the past 3 weeks looking for another one and NO LUCK! It would be nice if they would get a supply in ASAP!

Worked Great for a Couple of Years and Then Died
We purchased one of these freezers in club a few years ago as a backup freezer. It worked well and kept things cold for a couple of years and then one day just stopped freezing. I reached out to the manufacturer by email and phone several times to get info on what parts could be the cause and might be replaceable (hoping to buy the part and pay someone to install it) and got no reply ever. It wasn't worth pursuing a diagnostic call from a 3rd party so the freezer went to the dump. All I can say is for $220+tax (plus dump fee) broken out over 2-3 years, I guess it was a decent value, but I would not recommend buying one unless you are willing to replace it after a couple of years.

Value for Price
Add fedex delivery charges to the price because in store pick-up is not available. This is the same made in China freezer as some other brands, just a different name. I had one of these and it was branded as Igloo. It lasted for almost 2 years. It was in the garage in the Denver area when it failed in March. My partially insulated garage has wide temperature variations and that might be the cause of it’s almost 2 year life.
Poorly sealed
I bought this with an extended warranty in October 2020, thank goodness. It frosted up at the top all the time. The frost was so bad, it covered the dial and pushed on the door. I really do NOT like defrosting it all the time. I called in my extended warranty and was given a Sam's Club gift card for the purchase price.

Here's a tutorial how to adjust a freezer door to eliminate frost.How to Reduce & Resolve Condensation Buildup in Refrigerators & Freezers.Condensation occurs when moisture in ambient air touches the cold evaporator coils, shelves and interior sides of a refrigerator or freezer (Think of a cold glass of water outside on a warm summer day)Steps you can take to reduce condensation build up:Move your hand around the outside of the refrigerator door. If you feel cold air, then the door is not sealing adequately. You can adjust the door by loosening the top hinge to reposition/adjust the refrigerator door to create a tight seal.Adjust the front levelling feet of your unit such that the front of the unit is slightly higher than the rear. Gravity will assist the door to close with a proper seal.TIP: Close the door on a dollar bill (or similar). The dollar bill should not easily pull out - there should be some resistance. Perform the “Dollar Bill Test” on the top, both sides, & bottom of your refrigerator or freezer door, and adjust accordingly.Do not over fill your refrigerator/freezer to prevent food items from shifting and impeding the refrigerator door from closing properly.Place only cool or cold food items in your refrigerator/freezer. Hot foods introduce humidity into the food storage compartment, which contributes to condensation build up. Allow hot foods to cool before placing them in the refrigerator.Wrap foods tightly with plastic wrap. Glass container lids typically do not provide a proper seal.Dry the exterior of food before storing. Reduce the amount of time the door remains open. Exactly what I needed
I've been waiting weeks for this freezer to be back in stock. I had to drive an hour to another store to get the freezer, but I'm happy with it so far. The freezer is the perfect size. A great price for a decent size upright freezer. I'm also thankful for buy online and pickup. Otherwise they would have been sold out before we would have had a chance to go to the store to purchase. I docked a star because the laminate on the side has some bubbles on it. And the instructions did not mention what the extra items in the box were for. Im guessing the small pieces are meant to be used to adjust the temperature dial.
body came dented
This freezer works well; however, I was disgusted because the case was dented in two places. Fortunately, both on the back corner and it does not interfere with performance. The price was right, it's in the garage, and I figured it would be a hassle to fight about it. -Disappointed
Cheap Materials
The door fell off as we unpacked it. The bottom pin that holds the door in place along with the bracket that holds it was bent. the directions weren’t written correctly and we had to improvise to get the door back in place. So far the freezer has kept the food at 0 degrees at the 2 1/2 setting. The top of the freezer is plastic. I bought a thermometer to monitor the temperature.

Damaged Goods
Both deliveries brought a damaged freezer. I would’ve kept the second one, but the door won’t open without pulling it with everything you’ve got. Many reviews state that it stops working after a few months. I’m going to just buy a name brand freezer and spend 3x as much. I can’t afford to lose hundreds of dollars worth of food. Sam’s customer service was awesome though!!
