This freezer is very poor quality material. The plastic was damaged (hidden) in the shipping carton. I had to reverse the door because the hinges support (plastic) was broken. The top cover was broken on top right side, would not stay down. I used super glue to fix it. It is running quietly and seems to be freezing good. I hope the motor and condensing unit are better quality than the plastic body.

First one I got feet were all jacked up so I could not change the door, changed the other two just fine but the freezer wouldn’t get cold. Finally got one (fourth try) that I could reverse the door and actually would freeze stuff. I bought it on 11/3/19. Today I had to throw out over $200 worth of food. Sams warranty ran out after 3 months and Thomson warranties it for a year. They had me send a copy of the receipt and had me take numerous pictures. Not sure if they are going to send me another piece of junk or have someone come out and fix this piece of junk. I would NEVER trust this thing again with anything in it over $50. Only reason I kept the 4th one was the size and it being upright. This thing is true garbage

THE WORST FREEZER EVER!! THE FREEZER ARRIVED DAMAGED AND THE DOOR KEPT FALLING OFF, I THEN DECIDED TO ORDER A REPLACEMENT! WHEN THE REPLACEMENT CAME WHAT DO YOU KNOW! IT WAS DAMAGED TOO! I JUST ASKED FOR A REFUND AND DECIDED NOT TO BUY A FREEZER FROM WALMART.

I picked up my freezer a week later than was told I would receive it, took it out of the box, the top in front was busted lose, after fixing that, I plugged it in and the next morning I checked it to find the door does not seal at the bottom and the freezer full of frost. This is the worst freezer I've ever seen, it shows shelfs, but you can not remove them or adjust them.

Gets so much frost ....that you cnar even put stuff in it frost bite on everyrhing ..
