Bought about 2 years ago. Honestly a decent little freezer (keyword here little). Liked it so much we bought a second one in chest style for our daughter. For us though it's proven to be a little hard to organize especially when it gets a little "icy". So it's being replaced with a new Samsung. Which has drawers, and shelf combo along with lighting and in addition to door shelves. But again this is a great little freezer and while being replaced it's not due to a failure or poor quality

We purchased this in store on 4th July to replace our old (20yrs) chest freezer in our utility room next to our back door. I was afraid that all the meat we had wasn’t going to fit but all did with the exception of a full size brisket. Had to move a full brisket to my side by side refrigerator in the kitchen because it was too long. However, smaller briskets, steaks, ground beef, chicken breast etc all stacked nicely and are easier to get to than the chest. Love that it fits perfect in the the space and only takes up a fraction of the space. I gave only four stars because the shelves can’t be removed or adjusted so not sure if a huge Turkey is going to fit this fall. Wish it was a little deeper (not taller) then I believe the full brisket would have fit. So far no frosting up although we’ve only had it a week. My husband said that the door bracket was bent but he fixed it, shuts great now but the door slipped and it got dinged by the corner of old freezer. Oh well, It’s ugly but doesn’t affect the performance of the freezer.

Bought this freezer due to the size I needed and the price. I’m very dissatisfied with the freezer! Motor runs continuously, but relatively “quiet”. My large fridge next to it is less noisy than the freezer. Major downside*** I waited 48 hours of continuous running before putting any food in the freezer and did NOT overload the freezer. Checked it this morning after food had been in (without opening the door for 24 hours and food was already frozen solid when I put it in) and food is not frozen solid anymore. Seems more like a low temperature setting on my fridge instead of freezing food. I would not recommend this freezer! Buy a more established brand!

I had this freezer delivered to my home. Arrived at my home with dent in front door which didn't bother me since no one else is gonna see it but unwrapped it and let it sit for 4 days. Then plugged it in and worked great for 3 weeks then opened it to get food out of it and it was warm inside and no noise coming from unit.

The door fell off as we unpacked it. The bottom pin that holds the door in place along with the bracket that holds it was bent. the directions weren’t written correctly and we had to improvise to get the door back in place. So far the freezer has kept the food at 0 degrees at the 2 1/2 setting. The top of the freezer is plastic. I bought a thermometer to monitor the temperature.

Add fedex delivery charges to the price because in store pick-up is not available. This is the same made in China freezer as some other brands, just a different name. I had one of these and it was branded as Igloo. It lasted for almost 2 years. It was in the garage in the Denver area when it failed in March. My partially insulated garage has wide temperature variations and that might be the cause of it’s almost 2 year life.

Brought it home from the club, looks perfect, not a scratch on it. Turned it on and let it run a couple hours....still warm. Let it run all night, checked in the morning - still warm inside. Taking it back this weekend. After seeing all these other problem reviews on here, will probably cough up the extra bucks and buy a reputable brand.

We purchased one of these freezers in club a few years ago as a backup freezer. It worked well and kept things cold for a couple of years and then one day just stopped freezing. I reached out to the manufacturer by email and phone several times to get info on what parts could be the cause and might be replaceable (hoping to buy the part and pay someone to install it) and got no reply ever. It wasn't worth pursuing a diagnostic call from a 3rd party so the freezer went to the dump. All I can say is for $220+tax (plus dump fee) broken out over 2-3 years, I guess it was a decent value, but I would not recommend buying one unless you are willing to replace it after a couple of years.

Bought it on June 15 2019. Well it didn’t last a year. May 21, 2020 it now seems like it’s a refrigerator. All of my food thawed. Ice tray water. It wasn’t a great buy from the beginning because the shelves don’t adjust so all my big items I had to take out the box and it holds ice badly making the shelving even smaller. I bought it to get rid of my top loader but once I seen the shelves don’t adjust I kept both. Good thing I did. So disappointed.

Was looking for medium size freezer, but did not want the hassle of a chest freezer with everything piled up . Works great freezes everything evenly and offers lots of extra space for a small family. Not to mention price was lower for size then Best Buy or Sears
